Another Open Appeal: For the Sake of Conscience

This is not just an appeal to government, but an appeal and invitation to citizens everywhere. No body, government or otherwise, should be able to violate the conscience of another through coercion without being called to account and to consequence. Let us keep up the pressure for consequence. Here is another email appeal sent to Alberta Government officials today, 2 Feb. 2024:

Subject: Another Open Appeal: For the Sake of Conscience

If we are experiencing a shortage in any of the professions in Alberta (medicine, mental health, legal, teaching, enforcement, gov’t. service, etc.), have we inquired into the number of people of integrity who were fired, de-licensed, discriminated against, or forced from their employment or activities for the sake of conscience? The National Citizens Inquiry* revealed a shocking number, Canada-wide, and that was only out of 305 witnesses.

Until we clear out the fear and / or corruption within the Professional Colleges, we will make only halting progress toward recovery from an unsustainable, destructive, coercive health-narrative.

PLEASE solicit, investigate, and compile a comprehensive list of Albertans who were persecuted or suffered losses for the sake of conscience. Let the Alberta Dept. of Justice take this on by appointing a special arbiter to document the extensive losses to individuals and thus to Alberta as well.

We need to document and remediate these losses. Justice needs to prevail.

As we begin this “Heroes and Hydras” series on Déjà Vu – Times, you might consider Hydra-Heydrichite to be outrageous hyperbole as applied to “authorities” who conceived and enforced the COVID-narrative mandates, but as evidence continues to escape aggressive censorship, we will, in coming months and years, come to know that what was done in the 1930s and ’40s was but a lesser prelude to a 2020s global, Utopian, criminal endeavor³ — a final solution to the despised chaos of freedom / choice / agency without regard to age, gender, race, or ethnicity. Covidism⁴ became the dogma of most (naïve? captured? compromised? corrupted?) power elites on every level from school and corporate boards all the way to national governments, agencies, and multinationals. Men and women with iron hearts became the norm. But, regardless of the risk, there were men, women, and even children of conscience and integrity who spoke up against the lies and crimes — becoming heroes in the sense of this disputed,⁵ adapted quote:

In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a [heroic] act.

Many heroes, who don’t see themselves as heroes, gave testimony at the National Citizens Inquiry⁶ (NCI). In their mind, they only did what their conscience demanded of them. On the other hand, the Hydras, also, don’t see themselves as villains or criminals, but time and evidence will prove who is Hero; who is Hydra.

Hydras try to conceal, excuse, or justify themselves in the authority of hierarchy or the “prestige” of “Professional Colleges” and so forth. For those who refuse to believe that decades have been spent in grooming, compromising, corrupting, and coercing up-and-coming potential authorities⁷ to facilitate this COVID roll-out, they, too, become accomplices and servitors⁸ (as long as they remain useful) of the unfolding "Utopian" tyranny.

Heroes need to be remembered and modelled; Hydras exposed, indicted, and convicted.

• I wished to cc the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA), but could not find an email address for them;
• the Alberta Medical Association (AMA) rejects my emails;
• experts and professionals of every stripe and College are not exempt from the Stanley Milgram (email ftn 4) study on obedience to authority (“Just following orders”);

Alberta may already be doing this, but if not, please review the many honourable medical professionals who testified at the National Citizens Inquiry (NCI¹) who lost their positions or careers by opposing or questioning the “official” COVID-19 narrative, and then offer them positions in Alberta. The same applies to many others (including Albertans) who did not testify at the inquiry but also lost jobs and careers. Let Alberta stand up and be recognized worldwide for backing honourable, evidence-based science, for preserving freedom of conscience and speech, and for the integrity of doctor / patient relationship. Let Alberta reject the pscience² that has driven the destructive COVID-19 narrative.

Yes, I recognize that dismissed professionals will need to be licensed or reinstated in Alberta, which raises the issue of the Health Professions Act and its various Colleges,³ many of which were complicit in suppression and censorship of facts and data and of revoking licenses of honourable Alberta professionals, thus knowingly (perhaps malevolently?) contributing to health staffing crises and escalating counts for all-cause mortality.

If such College officials cannot be remediated from “just following narrative orders,” then perhaps Alberta, as creator of their College (corporation), can dissolve it, restructure it, re-staff it, or create a parallel licensing body (Integrative Medicine?) that honours evidence-based science and Hippocratic medicine. The more immediate route might be to encourage those who are still captured by fear, compromise, corruption, or the profusion of COVID lies to resign (or in the alternative, to be fired). This should also apply to all PH officials. If they cannot commit to critical thinking, to courage, and integrity, how can they be trusted in health care?

The NCI testimonies, plus many other doctors, researchers, studies, and organizations worldwide have proven, beyond doubt, that this COVID narrative was, and still is, a global fraud. At some point, narrative believers and advocates will have to face personal complicity and / or criminal liability which increases every day as they continue ignoring data and supporting a deception-ridden narrative in the face of overwhelming evidence of fraud and injury. If the abuse of power by the Colleges and PHOs is allowed to continue it will destroy honourable science and medicine, constitutional freedoms and guarantees, and the hope and promise of Justice. It is time to begin the public exposure, accountability, and prosecution of those who are complicit or who conspired to harm others’ health, businesses, or careers. Let Alberta set example for the world to follow.

In addition, let the Minister of Justice initiate an awareness course for all enforcers of every description from police to sheriffs to health and other inspectors, to courts and judges, et al. to review the power-abuse and submission to authority propensities of human beings as clearly demonstrated in the Milgram⁴ and Zimbardo⁵ studies; and more recently, in the enforcement crimes of the last three years. Every enforcer and court official should be reminded continually that their chief duty is to protect and serve the People under Constitutional governance and to protect the People against recurring government overreach and power-abuse which has been a continual historical reality.

In the meantime (while prosecutions and accountability proceed), let Alberta stand as a beacon on a hill inviting those professionals whose courage, integrity, and passion for truth and freedom of conscience and speech cost them their careers because those in positions of power lacked such courage, integrity, and passion.

Let Alberta show the world what it means to be accountable, strong, and free.

Greetings: NCI Commissioners: Dr. Bernard Massie, Ken Drysdale, Janice Kaikkonen, Heather DiGregorio;

Lawyer Shawn Buckley, and other NCI staff and employees:

You are probably not aware of this document written in 1839 to a group of persecuted believers from their prophet-leader, but as I read it again the other day, it seemed as if written anew to the National Citizens Inquiry of 2023. The 1839 document comes out of my faith tradition and called for an inquiry, not unlike what the NCI has now done, calling such an inquiry

“an imperative duty that we owe, not only to our own wives and children, but to the widows and fatherless, whose husbands and fathers have been murdered under its iron hand;”

This is the full text:

1 AND again, we would suggest for your consideration the propriety of all the saints gathering up a knowledge of all the facts, and sufferings and abuses put upon them by the people of this State;

2 And also of all the property and amount of damages which they have sustained, both of character and personal injuries, as well as real property;

3 And also the names of all persons that have had a hand in their oppressions, as far as they can get hold of them and find them out.

4 And perhaps a committee can be appointed to find out these things, and to take statements and affidavits; and also to gather up the libelous publications that are afloat;

5 And all that are in the magazines, and in the encyclopedias, and all the libelous histories that are published, and are writing, and by whom, and present the whole concatenation of diabolical rascality and nefarious and murderous impositions that have been practised upon this people—

In one week, the National Citizens Inquiry’s (NCI) Commissioners will be releasing their final and full report.

This is the product of over a year of work by hundreds of people from coast to coast (to coast).

We are very proud to be this close to reaching this achievement.

The Commissioners report will be hundreds of pages long and based off hundreds of hours testimony they received in 8 cities across the country. This report is unprecedented in it's scope and detail, and we can't wait to share it with you.
