Below is an email that was sent to several Alberta Government officials this afternoon (4:47 pm MDT), March 20, 2025 titled "The Alberta Separation Movement?" My appeal is also to every Canadian. May everyone of us unrelentingly petition our provincial and federal governments to review our confederate structure to achieve greater fairness and equity. Look at the maps and charts below and above and ask: "What must we do to  remedy this imbalance and injustice? What must we do to save Canada?

Greetings Premier Smith, Cabinet Ministers, MLAs:

Please consider the following points and questions as you face increasing calls for Alberta separatism because of Federal overreach, corruption, non-accountability, and the mocking of democracy that we have been witnessing. Many are concluding that there is no way out of the inequities, unfairness, and injustices of our Canadian confederate structure except to separate. Some are making an assumption that seven provinces out of ten with 50% population could never come to an agreement to review and repair our confederate structure, but have we ever seriously presented a united Western front of under-represented provinces to raise awareness and pressure? So please:

1. Can Alberta initiate and invite the other three Western Premiers to form a united task force to inform all Canadians about the great inequities that now prevail (as can be partially seen in the appended map and chart below)? Let us appeal to and trust in the fairness principle that guides most Canadians — the fairness principle that has been offended so much of late by the Feds and some of our trading partners — a fairness principle that, in the present mood, could sweep over and reform our country if we choose leaders of courage, transparency, and integrity — if we restored justice and judgment in the halls of power.

2. Why, in this time of increasing patriotism and determination to defend Canada against unjust and false narratives, would Alberta choose to pursue or threaten separatism? — to become a pariah, a scapegoat, a target for anger, bitterness, and hatred for abandoning Canada in this hour of great need? for helping destroy a nation that has been such a blessing to so many for over a century? Why make possession of an Alberta license plate a trigger for retaliation?

3. Why, when we are making strides in our own nation to abolish internal tariffs, would we raise the spectre of creating more foreign borders?

4. The Canadian unity and pride witnessed by the world during the Canadian Truckers’ Freedom Convoy of 2022 is still with us and now recently reinvigorated with the unjust tariff conflict. Millions of Canadians love Alberta and dream of moving here because we presently have strong, courageous leadership that is devoted to defending our rights and freedoms and to keeping us strong and free, so why would we not join forces with the other under-represented provinces to fight for a confederate restructuring so our great nation can survive and prosper?

5. Please do not ignore the catastrophic consequences that Alberta and Canada will suffer if Alberta chooses to go-it-alone instead of uniting with other advocates for restructuring in pursuit of fairness, equality, and integrity. Let us never ask Albertans (or any Canadian) to vote for separatism as the “best or only” means or leverage to save Canada. There are other, more healthy, ways to pursue fairness and unity.

6. And please do not be seduced by U.S.ian promises or appearances. The oligarchic “doge” system* that has been wending its way through the powerful nations since medieval Venice has captured and corrupted so much of what was remarkable and exceptional in the U.S. Their government corruptions, combined with their greater power, are even deeper than ours, and if we think the 180 surface we’re allowed to see is all there is, we will not comprehend the sudden collapse if they (and we) do not restore justice and judgment 360.

7. There are millions of good, honorable people in both our nations who desire a return to integrity and fairness in government, so please let us join forces with our Canadian brothers and sisters to pursue an honourable solution to the inequities that have unfolded and increased over time. Let Alberta be a leader and unifier.

The NCI Hearings Continue*

(National Citizens Inquiry)

So what have we learned from the past four years of fear and fabrication? If you have listened to even a smattering of NCI witnesses,¹ you know “something is rotten,” (not just “in the state of Denmark,”² but) in Canada and nigh every other nation. WHO³ knows, too, but it’s not confessing where the rot originates (or where or when it will next erupt), so it’s left to citizens to ferret out the decadence and expose it to blistering sunlight.

The 2023 NCI endeavour was remarkable and will stand as a witness forever, but there is far more to the story, so NCI continues, and is asking for citizen input.* What more do we citizens want to know?

Professional Colleges of all types need to be exposed and shamed for their complicity in these continuing crimes against humanity. We need to concisely and comprehensively document and publicize as many of these losses as possible. Consequence must be public and severe or this will happen again. Exposure and consequence are essential for justice. Let the world know who they are and whether they refuse to explain their actions.

I realize there are thousands of non-professionals who suffered losses, but for now, we have to start somewhere — with the alleged power elites.

On February 2, 2024 I sent an email appeal to the government of Alberta titled, “Another Open Appeal: For the Sake of Conscience” (full email text copied below*). Because no one has responded, I am hoping and asking if the NCI can take this on as part of its continuing COVID exposure? Can the NCI solicit, investigate, and compile a concise spreadsheet of Canadians (province by province) who were persecuted or suffered losses for the sake of conscience (perhaps with just document proof if video witnessing is too intimidating for some)?

Yes, many losses have already been documented in the 305 NCI witness testimonies, but many of the losses are buried in hours of NCI testimony (which is vitally important for the full record), but maybe it would shock the public into greater wakefulness if there were a concise spreadsheet of those who lost and those who presided over the losses (e.g., professional colleges).

Could the NCI create a printable resource that we could distribute requesting submission to the NCI of power and mandate abuse documents? Only a fraction of the losses has been documented so far. Could the NCI appoint a special clerk to collect and archive copies of letters / emails, etc. containing threats, terminations, de-licensing, censorship, etc.) and spreadsheet the results? Columns could document the name of the claimant, name(s) of abusing authorities, nature of the abuse, location in recorded testimony if videoed, city/province, reference #s of archived documents, etc. There appear to be tens (if not hundreds) of thousands who suffered extensive losses. Do we know how many professionals in each province were disciplined by their Colleges for narrative offenses?  We need to concisely and comprehensively document and publicize as many of these losses as possible. Justice needs to be more fully awakened and prevail.

As a blogger, I am going to start to extract this data from the Alberta NCI hearings to publish on my blog. Our professional colleges, especially, need to be exposed and held accountable so this does not happen again.

The Inquiry Begins?

Today, October 13, 2022, the delayed inquiry began in Ottawa, Ontario Canada into the justification for the Public Order Emergency which was declared February 14, 2022 relating to the Canadian Freedom Convoy.¹ We do not yet know the “terms of reference”² that might limit the Commission findings, but we can be almost sure, if we go by the science and history of power and power-abuse, that none of the following points will be considered:

▪ the role of planted provocateurs³ in order to malign protests and protesters with accusations of bullying, intimidation, racism, vandalism, threats of violence, extremism, insurrection, business loss, and on and on;

▪ the role of the MSM in deliberately spreading disinformation, twisting facts, and provoking unjustified fear amongst the residents and business owners of downtown Ottawa;

▪ the voice of pro-freedom residents and business owners of downtown Ottawa who braved: 1) the provocateurs; 2) the orchestrated fear-mongering; and 3) the bitter Canadian cold in order to witness first-hand the real facts, commitments, and camaraderie on the ground;

▪ the futility of seeking truth (even under oath) from people and powers that have no conscience and no commitment to anything but self-justification, self-preservation and self-serving ideology.⁴ The same applies to their witting and unwitting sycophants;

▪ the number of WEF-trained Young Global Leaders and Shapers in Canada's WEF-penetrated cabinet⁵;

▪ anything that might hint at conspiracy or nefarious agenda by government, its agents or employees, or its P-P-Partnerships⁶ (though P3s often fear conspiracy against themselves).

Will we get some truth out of the findings of this inquiry? Possibly. Hopefully. Will it be enough to prevent a déjà vu in the next power-provoked crisis? (Or will a new “crisis” derail the delayed⁷ proceedings?) Only time will tell.

As it is, I cannot remain silent. This early AM, I sent another email to the 185 yea-saying Canadian MPs who affirmed the declaration of the Emergencies Act last February 21.

Pending the publication of a full transcript of Justice Adam Germain's remarks in the Pawlowski sentencing, I rely upon news reports¹ to ask:

1. IF Pawlowski's “contempt of court” has brought the “administration of justice into disrepute” what might we call Germain's ruling vis-à-vis inherent rights and freedoms guaranteed in law (such as speech, religion, assembly, travel, etc.)?

2. IF this report is true:

“If the three men continue to preach to their followers, they must also place the other side of the argument on the record, the judge said”;

THEN does not our adversarial system require that Germain, as an officer of the court, put aside all his biases, presumptions, and (unexamined? unproven) beliefs about the COVID-19 narrative and also get on the record “the other side of the argument”? — especially those counter-arguments allegedly debunked by the powers, the profiteers, and their sycophants? (Hint: there are tens of thousands of medical and other professionals and experts who could inform Justice Germain about problems and deceptions with the approved narrative² that debunk his “wrong side of science” and “common sense” claims.)

The T-Point?

Perhaps it's time to revisit a Déjà Vu~Times post from September 29, 2009 titled “Are We There Yet (at the T-point)?”¹ because, it seems that we have indeed arrived — on the dual wings of a bio-weapon.

Some anarchists, who see this as a left-wing coup feel vindicated in their warnings about leftists and are lamenting there is no Galt's Gulch to flee to. BUT there are several problems with John Galt's no-rules rules as detailed here and here² and also with anarchists who deify individualism as if excessive individualism were not also a prime factor in arriving at this point of tyranny / totalitarianism. If Randians distilled the rules of John Galt and really pursued “Who is John Galt?” they might look elsewhere for some different Gulch. And they might ponder about all the rules they would find necessary in living in a society of anarchists. Or what they would find necessary to do in dealing with the ubiquitous will to power and gain (WPG) and all the attendant conspiracies that always accompany the pursuit and protection of this WPG.

Yes, there is a lot of truth in anarchist claims of excessive government, of the “myth of authority,” and of the abuses of power, but what many seem blind to are the “capital crimes” on both the Right and Left that underpin this plandemic. Too many anarchists idealize freedom from law, yet present no vision for how to deal with the corruptions and abuses of PWOCs³ and corporate criminals save for victims to become judge, jury, and executioner for perceived offences against themselves individually. Are we not at this T-point because there was no law applied when it should have been? Do we not recognize that the whole (a society) is, in some matters,  greater than the sum of its parts (individuals) and that human nature is oft bound up with the WPG?

Society is much more complicated than a pat answer of “you have the right to defend yourself” — the right to seek your own justice. How many times do we take offence when none was intended? How often do we misjudge, mis-perceive, misinterpret? How could we possibly be trusted to be judge, jury, and executioner of offences against ourselves? When we are aware of the spirit of power and what it does to people; when we are aware of how oft we seeing, see not, and hearing, hear not, we have to be open to a balancing mechanism for living together in harmony, prosperity, and accountability. But we did not use the mechanism we had — a Constitution and Bill of Rights. As flawed as they may be, they are the best we have, but they have been neglected and abused⁴ and thus the T-Point has arrived from both directions. No form of regulating the affairs of flawed humans is perfect, but to pretend there is no need for regulation is to live in the fantasy, self-deceptive world of John Galt.

Yes, we elected servants to do the things we did not want to do or have the time or expertise for; servants to free us to accomplish better things; servants who began to think themselves masters and authorities; servants who entered into conspiracies with PWOCs for greater power and gain; and by failing to correct them and hold them accountable, they have brought us to the center of this hell of abuse and control that is unfolding before our eyes and ears.

There is no New Normal. It's the Old Normal of every tyranny that ever was (including Galt's), but this time on technocratic steroids.

A Theory of Power's Use & Abuse

(From a perspective of History and Faith)

There are three manifestations of power: the first two pertain to God's way; the third, to the opposite of God's way.¹

Manifest 1:
Power is exercised to help a creation (human, city, nation, organization, and so forth) actualize its fullest potential for growth, meaning, mission, and awareness² (of things as they are, as they were, as they are to come³);
Manifest 2:
Power is exercised by Divine Justice where “one gets back what one gives”; “one reaps what one sows” (in His due time); tempered only by Mercy that is petitioned for or given by Grace;⁴
Manifest 3:
Power is misused or abused to oppress, manipulate, corrupt, deceive, dominate, destroy.⁵

The first two manifestations are motivated by Love⁶ and Justice;⁷ the third by lust, and thereafter, driven by FEAR. So what is it that Manifest #3 fears?

Thinkers
The Domination System cannot tolerate people who think for themselves. Such sovereign freedom strikes terror in the hearts of the authorities, both religious and secular, both Jewish and Christian.⁸

Exposure
Exposing the delusional system is the central ascetical task in our discernment of the Powers. For the Powers are never more powerful than when they can act from concealment. To drop out of sight and awareness into the general surroundings, to masquerade as the permanent furniture of the universe, to make the highly contingent structures of current oppression appear to be of divine construction-such is the genius of their deceptive art.⁹

[T]he Powers ... act from concealment. Their compulsive might is never more determinative than when it constrains us invisibly.¹⁰

The mighty prefer, therefore, to rule by means of invisible constraints: unseen filaments tied to the public's arms and legs, and imperceptible spiritual brain-implants causing the masses to will to be what has been made of them. The delusional system is a game being played on us by the Powers That Be.¹¹

Ranking, domination hierarchies, and classism are all built on accumulated power provided by excess wealth. In a peasant society, those in power see to it, by taxation, expropriation, debt, and monopolistic control of prices, that the poor are never able to rise above their station. In the modern economic system, the poor are kept compliant by the promise of economic and social upward mobility, whereby individuals are able to rise above their class without subjecting to criticism a system built on class inequality. In either arrangement, brute economic control is given mythological and ideological sanction to guarantee that those who have most to lose from obedience to the ruling class become its staunchest supporters. Breaking with domination means ending the economic exploitation of the many by the few. Since the powerful are not likely to abdicate their wealth, the poor must find ways of transcending the Domination Epoch while still in it.¹²

Criticism
When Jesus laid out his devastating critique of wealth, and asserted that it is practically impossible for a rich person to enter the reign of God, the disciples responded, "Then who can be saved?" So deeply had they internalized the values of the Domination System, and the apostate theology that identifies wealth with blessedness, that they were incredulous that the wealthy might be excluded from the kingdom of heaven. They apparently regarded economic stratification as ordained by God.¹³

These are the words and deeds, not of a minor reformer, but of an egalitarian prophet [Jesus] who repudiates the very premises on which domination is based: the right of some to lord it over others by means of power, wealth, shaming, or titles.¹⁴

If we hold up [Jesus'] words and life against the backdrop of the Domination System, we can see them in a more comprehensive perspective, and appreciate why the Powers had little choice but to destroy him. Not only did he and his followers repudiate the autocratic values of power and wealth, but the institutions and systems that authorized and supported these values: the family, the Law, the sacrificial system, the Temple, kosher food regulations, the distinction between clean and unclean, patriarchy, role expectations for women and children, the class system, the use of violence, racial and ethnic divisions, the distinction between insider and outsider-indeed, every conceivable prop of domination, division, and supremacy.¹⁵

Awareness
The cross exposed as well humanity's complicity with the Powers, our willingness to trade away increments of freedom for installments of advantage.¹⁶

It’s a classic imperial story of people being used against their own interests and against their own people. Because an imperial power can never succeed in conquering a people only with its resources. It always needs internal allies. It always needs people in the conquered country that it can bribe or coerce into being what came to be known in World War II as quislings, people who would betray their own people. Vidkun Quisling, a Norwegian, was the Nazi puppet ruler of Norway. We see this operating in every imperial situation. The British used Indians against Indians in maintaining control of India. The United States in Vietnam used the South Vietnamese army in trying to defeat the revolutionary movement in Vietnam.¹⁷

That which chooses the chooser determines the choice." Decisions are determined not by what would enhance the quality of human life but by what will increase competitive power . // People have thus become the slaves of their evolving systems, rather than civilized society being the servant of its members.¹⁸

We internalize the ethic of productivity, the constraints of patriarchy, the imperative of success, the drivenness of modern life, the obligations of machismo, the laws that prevent our achieving for ourselves what the powerful achieve at our expense. We become complicit. And so we leave unopposed the world that injures us, restructuring ourselves to appease the Powers we depend upon. To achieve peace with the world, we declare war upon ourselves.¹⁹

But anyone who has looked deeply within knows that not all evil has been introjected into us by the means of production or the government or patriarchy or the structures of society. Some evil would remain in our souls regardless of the social system. Otherwise, how can we account for the creation of these alienating structures in the first place? No arrangement of social cooperation, in which power controls power and anarchy is tamed, will produce human beings free from the lust for power.²⁰

[F]irst we need to understand more fully the nature of the present scheme of things. The Powers are not that system; they are merely the individual institutions and structures deployed under the overall aegis of the Domination System. The Domination System is what obtains when an entire network of Powers becomes hell-bent on control. The Domination System is, so to speak, the system of the Powers, in a satanic parody of God, who might be called the System of the systems. The Domination System is thus equivalent to what the Bible so often means by the terms "world," "aeon," and "flesh." The Bible's insight into this system is essential if we are to oppose the Powers and the system that perpetuates them.²¹

Memory
Kundera says, “the struggle of man against power is the struggle of memory against forgetting.” ... [Y]es, those in power want us to forget because without memory we were born yesterday and thus have no way of checking up on what is told to us by the government and the corporate media. Memory— history— is a reminder of past lies, deceits, and also a reminder that seemingly powerless people can defeat those who rule them, if they persist.²²

Not only does power tend to corrupt, but often it is the most ruthless and corrupt who tend to gain power.²³

Losing control
The Domination System is premised on the belief that violence must be used to overcome violence.²⁴

The Powers are so immense, the opposition so weak, that every attempt at fundamental change seems doomed to failure. The Powers are seldom content merely to win; they must win overwhelmingly, in order to demoralize opposition before it can gain momentum. Always there is the gratuitous violence, the mocking derision, the intimidating brutality of the means of execution., All of this is standard, unexceptional. Jesus died just like all the others who challenged the Powers that dominate the world.²⁵

Just Laws / No Respecter of Persons
Law had been one of the few successful dikes against the flood of violence let loose by the rise of domination societies. By means of law, the violence of the powerful could be regulated. Excessive brutality could be checked. The rights of the less powerful could be championed, if not always enforced. To this day, major transformations in societies are marked by the passage of new laws: the Magna Carta, the Bill of Rights, the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Law at its best is the way ideals become operational and institutionalized. But law-even Jewish Law (the Torah)-can be expropriated by greed and domination and become captive to violence for its enforcement.²⁶

WHY do we fear the label “conspiracy theorist”? Throughout history, conspiracies and secret combinations have always been the MO of those pursuing or protecting power and gain. If we deny this reality, we will never truly understand or effectively counter it. Finding truth in these cases is a science. One observes, theorizes, and follows (adapts to) the unfolding evidence – of money and power plays.

Consider this account* from pre-Columbus North/South America (circa 26 A.D.).

15 Now the cause of this iniquity of the people was this—Satan had great power, unto the stirring up of the people to do all manner of iniquity, and to the puffing them up with pride, tempting them to seek for power, and authority, and riches, and the vain things of the world. ...

So which, in these latter days, will prove more dangerous—corrupted candidates? or the voice of “a stiffnecked [blind and deaf] people”?

Note to “we the people”: If “we the people” think we are backing a “good” candidate (be he/she right or left, R or D, male or female, corporate or political), prophecy would suggest we are not. Prophecy would also suggest that we are presently spinning into the woe levels of déjà vu, utterly blind and deaf to our own iniquities.
