If some tyrannic soul out there in the wide world is still wondering how to chill any and every peaceful protest, Canada just wrapped up its multi-million dollar PSRS (POEC) OBC variant.¹ Here, in short form, is the M.O. of Operation Big Chill:

PROBLEM:
Some “fringe minority”² of citizens decided to protest a P3 narrative³ that the “fringe” claimed was illegally infringing their Constitutionally-protected rights and freedoms. The first fringe was stirring-up more “fringe minorities” into a patriotic frenzy of support by co-opting the national flag and the word “freedom” as symbols of their misguided, extremist, (family-friendly, freedom-restoration) quest. The P3 power-play and keeping-you-safe stratagems had been unexpectedly cracking, so the grass-roots resistance had to be massaged to the right explosive temperature in furtherance and “justification” of an accelerated reset of control, compliance, and order. As the “fringe minority” was exceeding their power-allowed exposure and support, something had to be done, tout suite! So, ah, yes! Déjà vu to the rescue: deploy those historically tried and truly successful undercover and cover-up maneuvers. So onto the SET-UP!

SET-UP:
   1) Call-up all the local and globally tutored infiltrators / saboteurs that are always ready, willing, and able to join protesters with the undisclosed intent to:
      a) encourage violence and criminality;
      b) speak trigger words or commit acts that offend the general, and not-so-general, public;
      c) convey intel and suggestions for further disruption;
      d) plant incriminating evidence where needed;
      e) bear false witness;
      f) distract, compromise, sabotage, provoke insider conflict;
      g) etc., etc. (as in “Don't let a good crisis go to waste”⁴ in the pursuit of more power gain, glory, and domination);

   2) reinforce the undying commitment of MSM voices, asset fact-checkers, enforcers, influencers, and other dupers and dupees to the P3 narrative of fear and loathing;

   3) “table-top” talking-points to repeatedly parrot position and performance virtues;

   4) endlessly assert that rights and freedoms are not being violated (in the very face of those violations  —  aka gaslighting);

   5) label everyone who questions, resists, protests, or exposes the narrative as “a _____ conspiracy theorist”⁵;

   6) strategize repeated confrontations, provocations, accusations, press conferences, enforcement threats, selective reporting, staged offences, false flags, etc.;

   7) IF losing control and face (in an unfolding, unpredictable situation): 
        ▪ hype and convert local disorder into a national emergency, and co-opt Provincial powers;
        ▪ invoke the Emergencies Act;
        ▪ order insurance companies, banks, fund-raisers, etc. to cancel or freeze the accounts of protesters and / or their donors / sponsors;
        ▪ charge and prosecute selected protesters, but mysteriously lose interest in or grant witness amnesty to other “protesters”;

REACTION (real and staged):
       ▪ escalating confrontation and frustration;
      ▪ MSM condemnation, criticisms, distortions, & fabrications re protesters;
       ▪ claims of catastrophic financial and status loss;
       ▪ hyped public cries for government to restore order;
       ▪ other (MSM-censored) public cries of power abuse and calls for accountability;
       ▪ compliant financial institutions;
       ▪ vandalism and brutality by enforcers;
       ▪ FEAR.

SOLUTION:
       ▪ More power, gain, glory, and domination via chilled speech, chilled action, chilled thought, chilled association, chilled public protest, chilled donation / sponsorship / support, etc.;
       ▪ Compliance, apathy, and, best of all, perennial FEAR of government & its P3 power-plays;
       ▪ Emergencies Act taken hostage by staged extremism (Feb. 2022)? then eviscerated (Feb. 2023).

GLOBAL TAKE-AWAY:
Every peaceful protest can be easily converted into a “justified” national emergency warranting the suspension of constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms.

All it takes is Operation Big Chill.

[Global] Order out of [local] Chaos!

The thing that obsesses and panics Deep Global is Chaos that HE¹ (preferred pronoun CAPS) doesn't initiate and control as HE wends HYS ancient way toward total tyranny. If we understand this agenda of total control, we can see where we are so rationally, sensibly headed with this latest Alberta headline:

The script that Premier Kenney and many other powers are beginning to favor (wittingly or unwittingly) is summarized in Kenney's recent words²:

"A patchwork of separate policies across the province could just lead to greater division, confusion, enforcement difficulty with no compelling public health rationale,"

"Something that Albertans do not deserve right now is uncertainty and confusion,"

"That's why we have decided to move forward united with a clear, consistent approach that all Albertans can easily understand and comply with. 

"We certainly shouldn't allow political science^[3] to be a substitute for public health science."

Yes, this is the script we will hear repeated in coming days, weeks, and months to move the chaos of inconsistency and confusion from local to provincial / state to national and, finally, to WHO knows where it will end? Yes, you guessed it: the UN's World Health Organization. WHO else is better suited to know what is best for the entire world in terms of health measures and protection? Not locals, of course. Local creates too much division; too much inconsistency; too much confusion. Why should Edmonton mandate masks and Calgary and Alberta not? Why Britain ditching its mandates and Australia doubling down? Why the recalcitrant Florida setting such a bad example for everyone? If WHO were in charge and mandating globally – POOF, there goes the confusion, the divisiveness, the bad examples.

And so Kenney's smooth words will be used almost verbatim⁴ when regional powers are stripped of their public health options in the name of continuity of global governance (COG^x2 for short⁵). And there goes the people's hope. At least with local, there is some hope to influence city or town councils⁶ with facts and common sense (or fear of election ouster), but what local is going to get a hearing from the insulated, WEF-tutored,⁷ non-elected, omniscient WHO?

That's where we're headed, folks, with Kenney clones leading the (naïve?) charge.

World Order (WO) is the order of the day and coming days. World Order out of the chaos of local disorder and the chaos of local initiative and creativity.

PSRS: How to Bury Truth

Let's say (as power-gain-glory-seeking conspirators), you get word that documented evidence is forthcoming that will blow open your carefully managed plandemic which could derail your magnificent design, ending in exposure, indictment, and possible long-term incarceration (perhaps even execution). Except, not to worry. Just drag out the tried and true mix-up¹ — a type of G-Bush / D-Rather take-down strategy.² In short:

PROBLEM (for the conspirators): Forthcoming unwelcome revelations of irrefutable, documented truth.

SET-UP: 1) create / fake / forge / amend a document; 2) leak it (with a credible back-story) to a whistle-blower or spokesman under the circa 80 / 20 formula: 80% shocking truth mixed with 20 % error / falsehood. Use unwitting, counter-your-narrative resisters to spread the mix-up. 3) After maximizing capture of resisters and believers in the mix-up,  raise a dismayed hue and cry about the 20% WRONG using a scripted, lapdog MSM to flood the global zone with shocked recriminations.

REACTION: The public and would-be deep investigators go “gun-shy” and permit the 20% falsehood to bury the 80% incriminating, pure truth.

SOLUTION: The criminal narrative and activity endure another day, week, month, or year(s).

I bring this up because so much of the last year and one half of the COVID narrative seems to have proceeded on an inverse 20 / 80 formula: 20 % truth and 80% fabrication, while irrefutable Truths are suppressed, censored, “debunked,” assaulted, and, when necessary, laced with an 80 / 20 mix-up strategy. SO:

PSRS: How to Capture the Resisters

Since the majority of the world has, by all appearances, been captured by the COVID narrative, the remaining galling problem (for the master-tyrant) is how to capture the resisters. For him, capture by deception is so much more satisfying than coercion,¹ though coercion is always on the table. Here then is a possible PSRS model (some of its solution-elements already being floated in the “media”).

PROBLEM: The Plandemic Resisters

SET-UP: make life as persistently miserable, confusing, confining, unstable, and unbearable for as long as possible.²

REACTION: desperation by resisters for the restoration of rights and freedoms.

SOLUTION: a “white knight” (presenting as the epitome of all virtues) perfectly timed to appear on the global scene:

1) to ANNOUNCE a phenomenal (oral?) “cure” for COVID³ and all its variants and cousins;
2) to reveal the shocking COVID patents and frauds that garnered trillions for (visible) criminal elites;
3) to begin an aggressive prosecution of all the governing and PHO “elites” who visibly participated in deceptions and destructions;⁴
4) to be showered with the undying gratitude of resisters⁵ who stand shoulder to shoulder with the once fearful COVID obedients to honour and acclaim the “white knight” for freedoms restored and for swamp-draining;
5) to endure a suitable period of acclaim and gratitude, until another more virulent crisis strikes on cue which “necessitates” the morphing of “white” to black — into a tyrant unlike the world has ever seen.

4. appeal to the human attraction to power, gain, fame, & glory²

5. generational trauma, recruitment, compromise

6. seduce, record, archive (e.g., honeypot & yacht ops, insider trading, etc.) 

7. criminal complicity & group bonding

8. threaten exposure / shaming / abandonment 

9. gaslight,³ deceive, propagandize, claim patriotic / worthy cause

10. surveil, target, stalk, harass into compliance

11. threaten harm (to properties, health, wealth, loved ones, colleagues)

Reactions: fear, shame, “no-way-out,” compliance, obedience, immersion, self-justification⁴

Solution: “loyal” servitors, enforcers, propagandists, devotees, obedients, sycophants, fall-guys

For too many the only setup needed to overcome integrity (if, indeed, there was any integrity to overcome) was #4: appeal to the human attraction to power, gain, fame, & glory; and the only reaction was immediate immersion and self-justification in WO and selfi agendas. BUT, if anyone reading this has fallen to any of these setups; has regrets; believes there is no-way-out; is desperate to repent, reveal, and recompense, there are (realistically) limited options left because of prior choices, HOWEVER, first and foremost, one always has fervent, enduring appeals to God for strength and courage to accept and do whatever is required to turn about. So here I repeat from a prior post⁵:

Know / believe:

Under God's care, our courage will not end in what we fear.

If we fear:

   ▪ losing status — losing status is not the end

   ▪ losing reputation is not the end

   ▪ losing one's home is not the end

   ▪ losing a job ...

   ▪ losing family ...

   ▪ losing health ...

is not the end.

Yes, all these and more, may feel like the end, but billions throughout history witness otherwise. Most times, life has gone on. And even if our greatest fear is death, even death is not the end. Just ask the rich man petitioning for Lazarus' help.^[6]

Now a word to the vociferous critics of leaders, servitors, enforcers, propagandists, devotees, obedients, sycophants, fall-guys: I have heard so much cursing, shaming, and abuse (even to some degree by myself) of these so-called “authorities,” yet I wonder if such name-calling only entrenches them further into their servitude and self-justification? What if, on the other hand, we did not taunt and bully, but acknowledged that we understood the setup that may have brought them to their bondage to the WO agenda? What if we appealed to their better natures? encouraged a return to integrity? What if we understood that many of these people that appear to stand before us with authority and power are merely indentured puppets? that many have been traumatized or groomed to servitude? that there, “but for the grace of God,” many of us would be despite our confidence that we would never have made the choices they made? EXCEPT, studies in human nature suggest that almost all men and women (including you and me) are highly susceptible to creeping corruption, and that the dark side of our natures is so easily energized.⁷

So, PLEASE, instead of heaping abuse and name-calling upon the heads of authorities, let us seek to fan the dying embers of their voice of conscience⁸ by acknowledging the how and why probabilities that led them to where they are; by affirming that repentance and recompense (to the best of their ability) are always options; that we understand, in part, the fear and dilemma; that we will support courage, repentance, and recompense; that painful consequence and justice NOW are better than the judgment, justice, and greater bondage to come. Yes, some (many?) may have long passed the point of return, and can only be stopped with justice and judgment, but whatever the case:

Let us, for our part, seek to overcome evil with good.

1) recruit the labcoats (Stanley Milgram Experiment);
2) “flood the zone” with labcoat “authority”;
3) censor, smear, intimidate, disparage all opponents / critics;

REACTION: 65% believe in the labcoats with “shocking” submission to “authority”;

SOLUTION (expected): 65% believers = enough enforcers to achieve “prisoner” compliance (per the Stanford Prison Experiment's exposure of the human propensity to abuse power).
