Well, Canada, an alleged¹ 43.7% of Canadians made their April 28th choice for Mark Carney despite all the disclosures and warnings about him, plus the manifestations of the man himself; and now Canada and the world are going to have to deal with the calamitous fallout.

To put it bluntly, we the people are in a dire state of emergency caused and exacerbated by too many:

1. power- and gain-obsessed, combined, global insiders
2. compromised, compliant domestic “officials”¹
3. psy-oped, simulation “experts” and actors
4. lying critics and censors of counter-narrative voices
5. MSM lapdogs
6. servile, power-abusing enforcers

It is past time to ask ourselves and every other man or woman we encounter: “By what authority is any of this being done?”

Though a priority question might be: Is all this so-called authority really bogus? Is it possible:

▪ that our governments are really doppelgängers: private, foreign-owned, foreign-situs, for-profit corporations masquerading as legitimate government — at every level from local to national?
▪ that our elected officials are just CEOs and board directors serving as trustees, not for the benefit of Canadians, USians, Britons, Aussies, etc., etc., but for the directed interests of global, corporate shareholders?
▪ that our names, without our knowledge or consent, have been converted into paper and / or corporate entities and denominated as sureties for private or public corporate debt, and otherwise managed for the profit of others?

Write your various “governments” and ask.

[What follows hereafter is a partial, adjusted copy of what was emailed to hundreds of national and provincial Canadian “officials” this day, May 1, with subject title, By What Authority??]

But back to “By what authority?” Let's for the moment assume elected officials are legitimate public servants. By what authority do these servants act when threatening or censoring speech and opinions of other elected officials or others who do not share their opinion or narrative beliefs? when arresting pastors? harassing congregations? “jailing” church buildings? forbidding good Samaritan deeds? fining or changing locks on legitimate businesses? assaulting non-maskers? forcing quarantine of travelers in hotels or other facilities? ticketing peaceful protesters? causing wrong or harm or trespass? etc., etc. The abuses² by “alleged authority” are escalating and alarming.

Why are we not asking: “By what authority” under the:

▪ Emergencies Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. 22 (4th Supp.))
AND WHEREAS the Governor in Council, in taking such special temporary measures, would be subject to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms ;and the Canadian Bill of Rights and must have regard to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, particularly with respect to those fundamental rights that are not to be limited or abridged even in a national emergency;³

Obstructing or violence to or arrest of officiating clergyman

Mayday? Mayday? Mayday!*

Perhaps on this historic May Day,^† we could profit from mourning these words of Thomas Jefferson:

I hope we shall crush in its birth the aristocracy of our monied corporations which dare already to challenge our government in a trial of strength and bid defiance to the laws of our country. (Thomas Jefferson ~ 1816¹)

Have we not observed how the noose of hypocrisy has tightened as we have “globalized”?—

▪ how wages & benefits have plummeted as “profits” (and CEO compensations) rise;
▪ how loyalty to the corp has no reciprocation by the corp;
▪ how international sister corps protect each other’s profit turf, despite “free-trade” and law;²
▪ how big corps are into control, tyranny, bullying, spellbinding, etc., etc., despite human rights and freedoms (speech, association, a free press, religion, etc.) (Read a recent manifestation of control as Netflix, HBO, and their content providers try to control the viewing options of “foreign” paying subscribers. (Yes, PAYING, but masking their “foreignness”³);
▪ how the pursuit of big profits is poisoning our climate, deforming our weather, killing competing innovations, suppressing unprofitable truths, corrupting and/or homogenizing diverse cultures, damaging our food (& well-being), etc., etc. (Just read the Déjà Vu ~ Times posts labelled “corporatism”⁴ to get a broader notion of how prescient Mr. Jefferson and others were); and
▪ how the list goes on and on.

So what is the remedy to this call of distress? Since the majority of governments seem to have taken a luxury berth on the doomed ship Babylon,⁵ it seems we shall have to look elsewhere for help. Could it be—at ourselves?—at “We the People”? OR maybe even God?!! Could much of this be but déjà vu?—a semblance of nigh 240 years ago in America? (Have we forgotten already, the Brits and their globe-trotting tea partner?!⁶)
