Well, folks, within a few months, WE The People will have the Citizens’ Report — the side of the story we had hoped (in vain) to hear during the POEC hearings (Fall 2022), but alas, during POEC, gov't. power, control, and propaganda prevailed as it frequently does. and poring over the numerous witness accounts. (Apparently YT isn’t into citizen-based truth, so its website has its arbitrary limits and restraints.³)

But how, you might ask, are WE to tell who is telling the truth? Perhaps we could begin by listening to the consequence portion (of truth and consequence) for those witnesses countering power narratives. What have they risk or lost? Another clue is perceiving who is praised and who is maligned by narrative-groupies (as in most of the MSM).

So let us help counter the politicized, propagandized pseudoscience (aka: pscience). Let us spread the witness far and wide: “The Citizens are coming! The Citizens are coming!” with FACTS and DATA exposing the great, continuing deception of “Safe and Effective.”

Is this not a duty that we owe to our fellow men, women, and children — not to mention all those servants of We The People who have forgotten who they are and what their duty is?

At the least, let us do our civic duty to spread the words of NCI.

PSRS: Operation Big Chill (OBC)?

(The un-examined inevitability of Power v. The People: Operation Big Chill — based on déjà vu)

If some tyrannic soul out there in the wide world is still wondering how to chill any and every peaceful protest, Canada just wrapped up its multi-million dollar PSRS (POEC) OBC variant.¹ Here, in short form, is the M.O. of Operation Big Chill:

PROBLEM:
Some “fringe minority”² of citizens decided to protest a P3 narrative³ that the “fringe” claimed was illegally infringing their Constitutionally-protected rights and freedoms. The first fringe was stirring-up more “fringe minorities” into a patriotic frenzy of support by co-opting the national flag and the word “freedom” as symbols of their misguided, extremist, (family-friendly, freedom-restoration) quest. The P3 power-play and keeping-you-safe stratagems had been unexpectedly cracking, so the grass-roots resistance had to be massaged to the right explosive temperature in furtherance and “justification” of an accelerated reset of control, compliance, and order. As the “fringe minority” was exceeding their power-allowed exposure and support, something had to be done, tout suite! So, ah, yes! Déjà vu to the rescue: deploy those historically tried and truly successful undercover and cover-up maneuvers. So onto the SET-UP!

SET-UP:
   1) Call-up all the local and globally tutored infiltrators / saboteurs that are always ready, willing, and able to join protesters with the undisclosed intent to:
      a) encourage violence and criminality;
      b) speak trigger words or commit acts that offend the general, and not-so-general, public;
      c) convey intel and suggestions for further disruption;
      d) plant incriminating evidence where needed;
      e) bear false witness;
      f) distract, compromise, sabotage, provoke insider conflict;
      g) etc., etc. (as in “Don't let a good crisis go to waste”⁴ in the pursuit of more power gain, glory, and domination);

   2) reinforce the undying commitment of MSM voices, asset fact-checkers, enforcers, influencers, and other dupers and dupees to the P3 narrative of fear and loathing;

   3) “table-top” talking-points to repeatedly parrot position and performance virtues;

   4) endlessly assert that rights and freedoms are not being violated (in the very face of those violations  —  aka gaslighting);

   5) label everyone who questions, resists, protests, or exposes the narrative as “a _____ conspiracy theorist”⁵;

   6) strategize repeated confrontations, provocations, accusations, press conferences, enforcement threats, selective reporting, staged offences, false flags, etc.;

   7) IF losing control and face (in an unfolding, unpredictable situation): 
        ▪ hype and convert local disorder into a national emergency, and co-opt Provincial powers;
        ▪ invoke the Emergencies Act;
        ▪ order insurance companies, banks, fund-raisers, etc. to cancel or freeze the accounts of protesters and / or their donors / sponsors;
        ▪ charge and prosecute selected protesters, but mysteriously lose interest in or grant witness amnesty to other “protesters”;

REACTION (real and staged):
       ▪ escalating confrontation and frustration;
      ▪ MSM condemnation, criticisms, distortions, & fabrications re protesters;
       ▪ claims of catastrophic financial and status loss;
       ▪ hyped public cries for government to restore order;
       ▪ other (MSM-censored) public cries of power abuse and calls for accountability;
       ▪ compliant financial institutions;
       ▪ vandalism and brutality by enforcers;
       ▪ FEAR.

SOLUTION:
       ▪ More power, gain, glory, and domination via chilled speech, chilled action, chilled thought, chilled association, chilled public protest, chilled donation / sponsorship / support, etc.;
       ▪ Compliance, apathy, and, best of all, perennial FEAR of government & its P3 power-plays;
       ▪ Emergencies Act taken hostage by staged extremism (Feb. 2022)? then eviscerated (Feb. 2023).

GLOBAL TAKE-AWAY:
Every peaceful protest can be easily converted into a “justified” national emergency warranting the suspension of constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms.

All it takes is Operation Big Chill.

The Inquiry Begins?

Today, October 13, 2022, the delayed inquiry began in Ottawa, Ontario Canada into the justification for the Public Order Emergency which was declared February 14, 2022 relating to the Canadian Freedom Convoy.¹ We do not yet know the “terms of reference”² that might limit the Commission findings, but we can be almost sure, if we go by the science and history of power and power-abuse, that none of the following points will be considered:

▪ the role of planted provocateurs³ in order to malign protests and protesters with accusations of bullying, intimidation, racism, vandalism, threats of violence, extremism, insurrection, business loss, and on and on;

▪ the role of the MSM in deliberately spreading disinformation, twisting facts, and provoking unjustified fear amongst the residents and business owners of downtown Ottawa;

▪ the voice of pro-freedom residents and business owners of downtown Ottawa who braved: 1) the provocateurs; 2) the orchestrated fear-mongering; and 3) the bitter Canadian cold in order to witness first-hand the real facts, commitments, and camaraderie on the ground;

▪ the futility of seeking truth (even under oath) from people and powers that have no conscience and no commitment to anything but self-justification, self-preservation and self-serving ideology.⁴ The same applies to their witting and unwitting sycophants;

▪ the number of WEF-trained Young Global Leaders and Shapers in Canada's WEF-penetrated cabinet⁵;

▪ anything that might hint at conspiracy or nefarious agenda by government, its agents or employees, or its P-P-Partnerships⁶ (though P3s often fear conspiracy against themselves).

Will we get some truth out of the findings of this inquiry? Possibly. Hopefully. Will it be enough to prevent a déjà vu in the next power-provoked crisis? (Or will a new “crisis” derail the delayed⁷ proceedings?) Only time will tell.

As it is, I cannot remain silent. This early AM, I sent another email to the 185 yea-saying Canadian MPs who affirmed the declaration of the Emergencies Act last February 21.

Emergencies Act Commission Inquiry: Sharing My View

On April 25, 2022, the Government of Canada established the Public Order Emergency Commission to inquire into the circumstances that led to the declaration of emergency that was in place from February 14-23, 2022, and the measures taken for dealing with the emergency. It has been shocking and distressing to see how cavalierly leaders of this nation have treated rights and freedoms guaranteed in our Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms AND our Bill of Rights¹; shocking and distressing to witness how leaders so swiftly resorted to escalated power abuse, twisting facts-on-the-ground, and refusing to meet with Canadians peacefully protesting tyrannical rules and mandates — rules and mandates that egregiously violated, not only our Charter and Bill of Rights, but

▪ the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights²
▪ the Nuremberg Code and Principles ³
▪ foundational Common Law⁴
▪ The Declaration of Helsinki⁵
▪ the service oaths of civil servants and law enforcement,⁶
▪ the Emergencies Act itself⁷
▪ plus other provincial and federal legislation.

In addition, it has been especially shocking and distressing to witness the targeting, maligning, and oppression of flag-bearing Canadians on the pretexts of “emergency,” “safety,” and alleged concern for international confidence and reputation when it was the unjustified “emergency” actions of the Canadian government that provoked massive non-confidence in the integrity of government and the Canadian banking system.

I donated a small amount⁸ to the Freedom Convoy and was stunned by the fabrications put forth to “justify” freezing bank accounts. My account was not frozen, but others were. The extent that the government was prepared to go to quash and malign honest, peaceful dissent was alarming. I had flashbacks to scenes from Sinclair Lewis', It Can't Happen Here.⁹ The willingness of law enforcement to carry out unlawful orders with excessive force was also distressing. Who are we? Have our protectors become our oppressors? Will the coercion and intimidation ever end? Will our mobility rights be forever compromised despite our passport assurance of the right:

“to pass freely without delay or hindrance and [that officials are directed] to afford the bearer such assistance and protection as may be necessary”?

After witnessing the past two plus years of power abuse, capped by the “Emergencies Act,” my confidence in the integrity of government, public health, main-stream media, and law enforcement is gone. We seem to have transformed into a bully culture addicted to surveillance, coercion, intimidation, snitching, hypocrisy, blind obedience, and to the pursuit of collective control of thought, association, assembly, mobility, speech, and so forth. We have become a nation pretending to have rights and freedoms — pretending because they can be constrained or stripped away in an instant (as we have witnessed) to punish questioners of government narratives and to augment unlawful power. The concern of “what next” is now an ever-present undercurrent of daily life. With the divisive and inflammatory language of the Emergencies Act actors and supporters, what is to prevent a new Kristallnacht, except absolute condemnation and severe consequence?

I ask this Commission to investigate the possible treasonous conflict of interest of PM Trudeau and DPM Freeland as it relates to the declaration of the Emergencies Act. Where did the directive to invoke the Emergencies Act come from? Was there foreign influence? advisement? coercion? Will this Commission ask the questions that others seem afraid to ask despite clear evidence of:

1) the enthusiastic, public statement by a foreign actor that Canada's cabinet was “penetrated” with graduates (“more than half” including PM Trudeau and DPM Freeland) of a global leadership program¹⁰ with a published agenda¹¹ that conflicts with the interests, rights and freedoms of sovereign Canadians?
2) Deputy PM Freeland's appointment as a trustee of the World Economic Forum¹² where she is obligated to serve “as the guardian of the World Economic Forum’s mission and values”[?]

As you fulfill your Commission duties, please remember this historical and poli-sci truth:

The Canadian Truckers' Freedom Convoy and Stanley Milgram Experiment #17

Most of us know about the Stanley Milgram Experiment (SME) #5 wherein 65% of subjects were obedient to an authority figure when instructed to administer mortal harm to another person. It was a shocking finding to even the experimenters — that 65% of normal Americans would obey to the maximum level of harm.¹ But not as many know of the 18 variations of the SME, and particularly variation #17. In that variation, two confederates of the authority figure staged disobedience in the presence of the test subject at different levels of “shock” administration. The effect? the obedience rate (to the end of the study) of the test subjects dropped to 10%.²

I propose that what we are witnessing with the Canadian Truckers' Freedom Convoy is the 2022 (transparent) version of SME #17. For two years, peoples of the world have been maneuvered into a state of social and affirmation isolation as complicit media have bombarded us hourly with the SME equivalent of:

1. "Please continue."
2. "The experiment requires that you continue."
3. "It is absolutely essential that you continue."
4. "You have no other choice; you must go on."³

The unrelenting propaganda, divisive language, and seeming majority approval of fear-mongering authority have kept people in a state of self- and other-harm until the Canadian convoy organizers stepped forward to denounce that harm “in a dramatic fashion” of massive trucks rolling across the breadth of Canada; and lo and behold, the spell of isolation was broken as millions worldwide joined in a massive unified display of social support for each other, for freedom, and for accountability. 

Yes, oppressed peoples of the world — of every nation, kindred, tongue, race, and belief — we are not alone in our love of freedom, of truth, and of our neighbor. We are united in our rejection of tyranny. But just as in SME #17, a “fringe” minority are prepared to endure and inflict self- and other-harm until the end.

But the act of even just one, standing up in their courage and integrity, is powerful in inspiring the same in others. And the actions of a unified many can now help defeat the powers of oppression and domination.

Let us TRUCK ON against the tyranny; riding high for FREEDOM.

2. “In Experiment 17, three “teachers” were used, one real participant and two confederates. Teacher 1 read the word pairs, Teacher 2 announced whether the answer was right, and Teacher 3 (the real participant) administered the shock. After hearing the learner’s protests following the 150-volt shock, Teacher 1 dramatically refused to participate and moved to the other side of the room. The test continued until Teacher 2 also refused to continue in a dramatic fashion at the 210-volt level. At this point, the experimenter told the real participant to continue the study by himself.
