Well, Canada, an alleged¹ 43.7% of Canadians made their April 28th choice for Mark Carney despite all the disclosures and warnings about him, plus the manifestations of the man himself; and now Canada and the world are going to have to deal with the calamitous fallout.

Déjà Vu: Doge*?

If God works in mysterious ways with signs and wonders, could “doge” / DOGE be a sign? a reminder of things that have been? a warming of things to come? a call to be enlightened by what has been¹?

Let us begin with medieval Venice.² The “elected” / appointed doge³ was seen as head of the city state (Republic of Venice), except he was not a sovereign head. Good News! Canada

It seems that no one has yet stepped forward to re-educate Jordan B. Peterson.¹ That’s not to say it won’t happen in time, because the Ontario Court of Appeal and then later, the Supreme Court of Canada (August 8, 2024) both endorsed mandatory re-education in Canada. Such is truly beyond comprehension! That’s the bad news — how far our “authorities” have fallen into authoritarianism.

But the good news is: It seems that fear of negative publicity, blow-back, or shame has kept the re-ed “experts” from surfacing. We may be at a tipping point between tyranny and liberty, but we have not yet fully tipped. Mandatory re-ed has been endorsed, but is not yet widespread. So let us remember the warning of John Basil Barnhill, the “noted anti-socialist writer, editor, politician, and debater during the first quarter of the 20th century.”²

"Where the people fear the government you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people you have liberty."

And what is it “authorities” should fear? They should fear choosing reward over integrity; ideology over truth; corruption / coercion over honesty; ego over selfless service. They should fear exposure and consequence.

The good news also is: We Canadians are still free enough to give the “authorities” a little of their own re-ed medicine — not mandatory, but by invitation.³ Write, speak, suggest, blog about liberty, rights, freedoms, and history. Be grateful for the good “authorities” sometimes do, but forever expose and penalize the evil.

If we are to save Canada, those authorities who have been captured by the motivations of Reward, Ideology, Corruption / Coercion, or Ego must be brought to justice and consequence.

Jen Johnson, (former Alberta UCP candidate and now independent) MLA for Lacombe / Ponoka made an unfortunate analogy that was ginned up and cost her her UCP affiliation, but not her election. Here is my message to Jen (et al.), whom I have never met; who handled herself admirably in the face of Cluster B^* manifestation:

Jen, take courage. This tyranny of self-appointed, radical trans/queer-voices cannot prevail  if courageous people “live not by lies.”¹ I’m sorry you had to endure this attempted Mao-style “struggle / denounce / reform” session, but you did not cave. And on the bright side, this “meeting” with diva/divo activists exposed the Cluster B traits that define so many of them. The futility of consulting with such activists could not have been more clear.

On the other hand, many dysphorics reject the tyranny of the radical activists who have “taken over and ruined everything.” Activists like “Victoria” (aka stage name, Karla Marx) do not represent the greater transgender community which does not demand that others parrot their narrative. What we did observe in your encounter was how despotic some activists can be as they tolerate nothing but affirmation of “self” and subjection of others. We could also see where our society is inexorably headed if we cater to reality-inverting ideologues. In the words of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, who knew the realities of the real Karl Marx:

[T]he simple step of a simple courageous man [or woman] is not to partake in falsehood, not to support false actions! Let that enter the world, let it even reign in the world—but not with my help.²

This year 2024 marks the 50th anniversary of Solzhenitsyn's publication of a parting plea to his countrymen and women: “Live Not By Lies.” It should be read in full with its nine bullet points every Saturday and Sunday AM on CBC.

Here is just a portion of the Live Not By Lies text:

[I]t is not every day and not on every shoulder that violence [including violence against truth/reality] brings down its heavy hand: it demands of us only a submission to lies, a daily participation in deceit—and this suffices as our fealty.

And therein we find, neglected by us, the simplest, the most accessible key to our liberation: a personal nonparticipation in lies! Even if all is covered by lies, even if all is under their rule, let us resist in the smallest way: Let their rule hold not through me!

And this is the way to break out of the imaginary encirclement of our inertness, the easiest way for us and the most devastating for the lies. For when people renounce lies, lies simply cease to exist. Like parasites, they can only survive when attached to a person.

We are not called upon to step out onto the square and shout out the truth, to say out loud what we think—this is scary, we are not ready. But let us at least refuse to say what we do not think!

This is the way, then, the easiest and most accessible for us given our deep-seated organic cowardice, much easier than (it’s scary even to utter the words) civil disobedience à la Gandhi.

Our way must be: Never knowingly support lies! Having understood where the lies begin (and many see this line differently)—step back from that gangrenous edge! Let us not glue back the flaking scales of the Ideology, not gather back its crumbling bones, nor patch together its decomposing garb, and we will be amazed how swiftly and helplessly the lies will fall away, and that which is destined to be naked will be exposed as such to the world.

And thus, overcoming our timidity, let each man choose: Will he remain a witting servant of the lies (needless to say, not due to natural predisposition, but in order to provide a living for the family, to rear the children in the spirit of lies!), or has the time come for him to stand straight as an honest man, worthy of the respect of his children and contemporaries?

It has come to our attention¹ that YOU, the “Right Honourable Justices” of the Supreme Court of Canada (SCC) have perhaps become subject to the same R.I.C.E.² that the infamous College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) seems to have ingested when dealing with the Jordan Peterson case,³ thus revealing, if so, that the SCC is also in dire need of re-education concerning:

▪ rights,
▪ freedoms,
▪ constitutions,
▪ historical struggles for the above three,
▪ obsessions and abuses by “the Domination System”,
▪ the endless déjà vus of deluded utopians,
▪ etc., etc., etc.

Therefore, in the spirit of reciprocity, equity, inclusion, justice and judgment, the people direct you and your SCC staff (plus the Court and staff of the Superior Court of Justice - Ontario | SCJ-O⁴) to convene before an electronic device every Monday (beginning August 19) at 3 PM MST or thereabouts and tune into:

Too Much Strange Fire and Power-Plays?

Below is a copy of an email sent this PM to Premier Smith and four Alberta Cabinet Ministers concerning another proposed extension of power into local matters. This parachuting of authoritarian “experts” into crisis areas is getting out-of-hand. Locals are mostly cut out of the decision-loop to protect their and others’ properties. They are forced to watch needless burning (and sometimes strange burning) and are often threatened with prosecution if they don’t obey the fire "authorities," — except where did these “imported authorities” get their authority? Not from the People. Not from the locals. These “experts” are often perfect strangers to the locale. And soon, their imported fire-fighters who just follow-orders will be dispersed and shipped home or to the next crisis where they might sometimes speak in hushed tones about absurdities and peculiarities of strange fire.

When are we going to wake-up to the agenda of devastation being perpetrated and exacerbated? Many of these servitors of devastation are just blind, mindless “assets” of the puppet-masters. We and some of our government leaders have been too naïve, blind, and deaf to "power" realities or too afraid to speak the truths we already know or would know if we had the courage to see what is in plain sight.**  

Anyway, here is another email appeal for rights, freedoms, and jurisdictions sent today, May 14, 2024:

Greetings: Premier Smith, Minister Ellis (PSES); Minister Loewen (Forestry/Parks); Minister Schulz (EPA); Minister Amery (Justice)

I am a strong supporter of Alberta Strong and Free, THUS, I have grave concerns about this alleged UCP “new emergencies bill”* because several years ago, during a grass fire emergency, our rural locals were treated as anything but strong and free. We experienced a takeover by “parachuted” experts and enforcers who cavalierly and with hubris cut locals out of the response and protection of their and their neighbours’ properties and livestock. A command-centre set up by affected locals to keep information flowing and to coordinate volunteer help was ignored by the “powers.”

Local men and women — many of whom are Renaissance people of a myriad skills and creativity — who know the area, the livestock, and the wildlife — who frequently deal with and manage emergencies, were pretty much told to get lost; stay out of the way. They were emphatically told:

“IF we, the experts, want local help, we will tell you what, when, and how to do it, and when to stop doing it. And if you act outside our authority, there will be consequences.”

Roads were barricaded and monitored; areas restricted with an attitude of “We don’t need your local help, advice, suggestions, or arguments.” Heavy equipment and water-tanker trucks were volunteered by locals, including Hutterite colonies, but were told to park equipment until requested, which they never did, while a nearby home and outbuildings were needlessly burned to the ground. The incompetence and hubris of some “authorities” was astonishing and infuriating. And this is not the first-time locals have had to deal with such authoritarianism in a crisis.

Many of these locals are of pioneer stock who have had more life- and crisis-experience than most government-hired experts. If a crisis requires help beyond the local, the requested help should come in with the question: “What help do you need? We are here to consult on how best to assist you under your direction.”

Granted, in a crisis there are degrees of chaos, and a need for unified direction, but the authoritarianism exercised against rural property owners in so many fire events in recent years has been shocking and alarming. We do not need “authorities” who exacerbate losses because they are just following orders from some distant, endless, anonymous hierarchy or who think their plan is the only viable plan.

Many times, in this increasingly crisis-prone world, we may need outside help, but we do not expect or want hubris or harassment. The Province must not give itself unilateral authority to parachute into a “crisis.” Local peoples and local authorities know what a crisis is. If they ask for help, they must always have the authority to direct or countermand any help that comes.

Do not do to Locals what the Feds are doing to Alberta, usurping and disrespecting rights, freedoms, skills, and creativity.

Now as concerning the other municipality issue concerning elected officials: granted, the Province may have broader rights vis-à-vis municipalities as these are creations of the Province, BUT the people are not creations of the Province. If an MD, County, or urban/rural council has issues with elected officials that cannot be locally resolved, then let the legislation provide a consultative process with the Province for accountability, not a unilateral power-play by the Province.

And please, please, please do not politicize urban or rural councils. We do NOT need or want more politicization of public servants. Party politics always, always, always (over time and human nature) descends into a tyranny of party conformity. That is the ubiquitous nature of power and politics.

And lastly, please remember: you are servants of a democratic ideal (the sovereignty of the people), NOT masters in a domination system.

If some tyrannic soul out there in the wide world is still wondering how to chill any and every peaceful protest, Canada just wrapped up its multi-million dollar PSRS (POEC) OBC variant.¹ Here, in short form, is the M.O. of Operation Big Chill:

PROBLEM:
Some “fringe minority”² of citizens decided to protest a P3 narrative³ that the “fringe” claimed was illegally infringing their Constitutionally-protected rights and freedoms. The first fringe was stirring-up more “fringe minorities” into a patriotic frenzy of support by co-opting the national flag and the word “freedom” as symbols of their misguided, extremist, (family-friendly, freedom-restoration) quest. The P3 power-play and keeping-you-safe stratagems had been unexpectedly cracking, so the grass-roots resistance had to be massaged to the right explosive temperature in furtherance and “justification” of an accelerated reset of control, compliance, and order. As the “fringe minority” was exceeding their power-allowed exposure and support, something had to be done, tout suite! So, ah, yes! Déjà vu to the rescue: deploy those historically tried and truly successful undercover and cover-up maneuvers. So onto the SET-UP!

SET-UP:
   1) Call-up all the local and globally tutored infiltrators / saboteurs that are always ready, willing, and able to join protesters with the undisclosed intent to:
      a) encourage violence and criminality;
      b) speak trigger words or commit acts that offend the general, and not-so-general, public;
      c) convey intel and suggestions for further disruption;
      d) plant incriminating evidence where needed;
      e) bear false witness;
      f) distract, compromise, sabotage, provoke insider conflict;
      g) etc., etc. (as in “Don't let a good crisis go to waste”⁴ in the pursuit of more power gain, glory, and domination);

   2) reinforce the undying commitment of MSM voices, asset fact-checkers, enforcers, influencers, and other dupers and dupees to the P3 narrative of fear and loathing;

   3) “table-top” talking-points to repeatedly parrot position and performance virtues;

   4) endlessly assert that rights and freedoms are not being violated (in the very face of those violations  —  aka gaslighting);

   5) label everyone who questions, resists, protests, or exposes the narrative as “a _____ conspiracy theorist”⁵;

   6) strategize repeated confrontations, provocations, accusations, press conferences, enforcement threats, selective reporting, staged offences, false flags, etc.;

   7) IF losing control and face (in an unfolding, unpredictable situation): 
        ▪ hype and convert local disorder into a national emergency, and co-opt Provincial powers;
        ▪ invoke the Emergencies Act;
        ▪ order insurance companies, banks, fund-raisers, etc. to cancel or freeze the accounts of protesters and / or their donors / sponsors;
        ▪ charge and prosecute selected protesters, but mysteriously lose interest in or grant witness amnesty to other “protesters”;

REACTION (real and staged):
       ▪ escalating confrontation and frustration;
      ▪ MSM condemnation, criticisms, distortions, & fabrications re protesters;
       ▪ claims of catastrophic financial and status loss;
       ▪ hyped public cries for government to restore order;
       ▪ other (MSM-censored) public cries of power abuse and calls for accountability;
       ▪ compliant financial institutions;
       ▪ vandalism and brutality by enforcers;
       ▪ FEAR.

SOLUTION:
       ▪ More power, gain, glory, and domination via chilled speech, chilled action, chilled thought, chilled association, chilled public protest, chilled donation / sponsorship / support, etc.;
       ▪ Compliance, apathy, and, best of all, perennial FEAR of government & its P3 power-plays;
       ▪ Emergencies Act taken hostage by staged extremism (Feb. 2022)? then eviscerated (Feb. 2023).

GLOBAL TAKE-AWAY:
Every peaceful protest can be easily converted into a “justified” national emergency warranting the suspension of constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms.

Yes, we are still in the midst of a Utopian power- / gain- / glory-grab under cover of health and safety. This cult of health and safety (parroted so repetitiously by Canada's PM Trudeau and handlers: WEF, WHO, et al.) is part and parcel of utopian schemes of health that Joseph Uemura¹ addressed in his Reflections on the Mind of Plato, where he observed:

Plato meant to cure us of utopias, not to create one. His reason for composing the Republic is quite plain: Plato wanted to show us how utterly futile is the “making of utopias,” the “building of Castles in Spain,” or the creation of “Cities in the Sun.” On the contrary, he wanted to show us how infinitely important is the building up of what we, intrinsically and inherently, are, namely thinking human beings.²

I have only tried to show that Plato has been badly misinterpreted over the years, and particularly if, in the Republic, he is taken to be “outlining a utopian society.” Plato, rather, was doing exactly the reverse: He was offering an antidote to, and showing the complete idiocy of, the construction of all possible utopias, particularly any utopia that is based upon health, wealth, honor, reputation, or political power. Each of those utopias, Plato shows, with devastating clarity, is ultimately self-defeating. It was Plato’s specific purpose to rid us of our romanticism, and to help us concentrate on the only kinds of aims fit for thinking, reasoning, and valuing human beings. Of course, it is perfectly evident that only those who have read The Republic without bias, and with a fine sense of humor, have ever been convinced.³

We have already witnessed for nigh three years that “almost anything can be justified” under cover of health and safety.​ Isn't three years more than enough time to become “thinking, reasoning, and valuing human beings”? more than enough time to discern between science and pscience⁴?

Time to break out of the cult, folks!

Bald Eagle: Symbol of What?

Do you remember the question George W. Bush attempted to answer on September 20, 2001 as he addressed a joint session of Congress¹? — the question: “Why do they hate US?”

This question has been considered several times over the past few years,² but the most memorable response might be the USian-serving, virtue-puffing, Bush answer. Indeed, his speech, perhaps more than any other, might stand as a witness against the US; even more than the Mike “We lied, We cheated, We stole. ...” PompeUS speech at Texas A&M University³ — except Mike and his minions did much more than lie, cheat, and steal. Some day the kill-count will also be revealed. And some day, we USians will understand that hatred of US has nothing to do with our perceived freedoms; but everything to do with our unacknowledged, monolithic hypocrisy — that we puff our chests in exceptionalism while our jackboots kick our way across the world. We fight proxy wars on the lands of other nations while we exploit their every resource and every lackey with our P-3s (Public-Private Partnerships⁴).

Perhaps Benjamin Franklin envisioned it all after his proposed, exodus-themed seal for the new USA nation was “tabled ” in August 1776⁵ — and as he later wrote to his daughter (January 26, 1784):

“For my own part I wish the Bald Eagle had not been chosen the Representative of our Country. He is a Bird of bad moral Character. He does not get his Living honestly. You may have seen him perched on some dead Tree near the River, where, too lazy to fish for himself, he watches the Labour of the Fishing Hawk; and when that diligent Bird has at length taken a Fish, and is bearing it to his Nest for the Support of his Mate and young Ones, the Bald Eagle pursues him and takes it from him.”⁶

There has perhaps never been a nation with such privilege and promise whose underbelly has manifest more hypocrisy than this USian nation. Are we the “hypocritical nation” Isaiah warns about and condemns?⁷

When all secrets are revealed,⁸ we will know the full, tragic truth —  that with all the good we have professed and done — we have also done unfathomable evil, and it does not, under any measure, balance out. There are millions of witnesses and victims of despicable USian history that will leave us without excuse for “seeing not,” “hearing not,”⁹ condemning not. They do not hate US for our (alleged) freedoms; they love the hope and promise of those freedoms, BUT seeing they see and hearing, they hear the grand hypocrisy of the USian dream that for many of them and their nations, has, too frequently, played out as a nightmare.

They see, too, the great hypocrisy manifesting in the contagions, coercions, and corruptions that now define our social media — how the western nations have begun to live and enforce the culture of lies and liars from which many of them have been trying to escape. And to top off the lies, we are spewing and exporting psychopathic depravity.

It appears that we have become a bald, diseased eagle to the point of no return; and in the inevitability of justice and judgment, we shall reap the whirlwind except we speedily repent and turn back to the values and principles of 1) our founding; 2) our subsequent progression, improvements, and corrections; and 3) to a conviction and understanding “that principle of freedom in maintaining rights and privileges, belongs to all mankind.”¹⁰
