How has this been allowed to go on for almost a decade? The short answer is undoubtedly R.I.C.E.2 — aspects of Reward.Ideology.Compromise/Corruption/Coercion.Ego on the PM's part and aspects on the part of his complicit, clapping seals. Too many people are too insensible or too afraid to admit the perennial truths that:
• the nature of power is to corrupt;
• psychopathy and power abuse in politics (and elsewhere) manifests election after election;
• human nature is constantly prone to the enticements of R.I.C.E.;
• power must have enforceable limits and prompt consequences for breach.
The PM spoke at the National Liberal Caucus Holiday party this past week referencing family:

Except, Dear “Family” Leader, if the leader manifests in the dark triad,4 the only way to survive is to get out from under such influence and power-abuse — to eject the “family” leader as leader for there to be any hope of healing and recovery. Such dark-triad leaders have no self-awareness and thrive on: 1) creating drama upon drama; 2) capturing narcissistic supply; 3) milking people and systems dry; and 4) moving on to the next naïve source and supply. Such “leaders” are adept at surrounding themselves with flying monkeys5 as we have seen nigh every day in the House.

• who hope and pray that, sooner than later, we will get an honest, honorable head-servant for the People;
Yes, WE call on every serving or wanna-be MP (left, right middle, or far) to:
• promise to never sacrifice integrity for any aspect of R.I.C.E.;
• be discerning about honeypots, yacht-ops, and psy-ops6;
• do what is necessary to clear and remediate already existing (or future) cases of personal compromise, coercion, corruption, crime, or mistake;
• publicly apologize for any and all piped-piper responses to pscience7 narratives of COVID, climate, World Order (WO), transhumanism, Utopianism, etc., etc.;
• refuse to become a flying monkey for anyone;
• always retain in thought and action that you are a servant of the people, not their master;
• remember the lessons and tragedies of history;
• vow to never facilitate the repeat of such tragedies;

If God works in mysterious ways with signs and wonders, could “doge” / DOGE be a sign? a reminder of things that have been? a warming of things to come? a call to be enlightened by what has been1?
Let us begin with medieval Venice.2 The “elected” / appointed doge3 was seen as head of the city state (Republic of Venice), except he was not a sovereign head. Below is a copy of an email sent this PM to Premier Smith and four Alberta Cabinet Ministers concerning another proposed extension of power into local matters. This parachuting of authoritarian “experts” into crisis areas is getting out-of-hand. Locals are mostly cut out of the decision-loop to protect their and others’ properties. They are forced to watch needless burning (and sometimes strange burning) and are often threatened with prosecution if they don’t obey the fire "authorities," — except where did these “imported authorities” get their authority? Not from the People. Not from the locals. These “experts” are often perfect strangers to the locale. And soon, their imported fire-fighters who just follow-orders will be dispersed and shipped home or to the next crisis where they might sometimes speak in hushed tones about absurdities and peculiarities of strange fire.
When are we going to wake-up to the agenda of devastation being perpetrated and exacerbated? Many of these servitors of devastation are just blind, mindless “assets” of the puppet-masters. We and some of our government leaders have been too naïve, blind, and deaf to "power" realities or too afraid to speak the truths we already know or would know if we had the courage to see what is in plain sight.**

Greetings: Premier Smith, Minister Ellis (PSES); Minister Loewen (Forestry/Parks); Minister Schulz (EPA); Minister Amery (Justice)
I am a strong supporter of Alberta Strong and Free, THUS, I have grave concerns about this alleged UCP “new emergencies bill”* because several years ago, during a grass fire emergency, our rural locals were treated as anything but strong and free. We experienced a takeover by “parachuted” experts and enforcers who cavalierly and with hubris cut locals out of the response and protection of their and their neighbours’ properties and livestock. A command-centre set up by affected locals to keep information flowing and to coordinate volunteer help was ignored by the “powers.”
Local men and women — many of whom are Renaissance people of a myriad skills and creativity — who know the area, the livestock, and the wildlife — who frequently deal with and manage emergencies, were pretty much told to get lost; stay out of the way. They were emphatically told:
“IF we, the experts, want local help, we will tell you what, when, and how to do it, and when to stop doing it. And if you act outside our authority, there will be consequences.”
Roads were barricaded and monitored; areas restricted with an attitude of “We don’t need your local help, advice, suggestions, or arguments.” Heavy equipment and water-tanker trucks were volunteered by locals, including Hutterite colonies, but were told to park equipment until requested, which they never did, while a nearby home and outbuildings were needlessly burned to the ground. The incompetence and hubris of some “authorities” was astonishing and infuriating. And this is not the first-time locals have had to deal with such authoritarianism in a crisis.
Many of these locals are of pioneer stock who have had more life- and crisis-experience than most government-hired experts. If a crisis requires help beyond the local, the requested help should come in with the question: “What help do you need? We are here to consult on how best to assist you under your direction.”
Granted, in a crisis there are degrees of chaos, and a need for unified direction, but the authoritarianism exercised against rural property owners in so many fire events in recent years has been shocking and alarming. We do not need “authorities” who exacerbate losses because they are just following orders from some distant, endless, anonymous hierarchy or who think their plan is the only viable plan.
Many times, in this increasingly crisis-prone world, we may need outside help, but we do not expect or want hubris or harassment. The Province must not give itself unilateral authority to parachute into a “crisis.” Local peoples and local authorities know what a crisis is. If they ask for help, they must always have the authority to direct or countermand any help that comes.
Do not do to Locals what the Feds are doing to Alberta, usurping and disrespecting rights, freedoms, skills, and creativity.
Now as concerning the other municipality issue concerning elected officials: granted, the Province may have broader rights vis-à-vis municipalities as these are creations of the Province, BUT the people are not creations of the Province. If an MD, County, or urban/rural council has issues with elected officials that cannot be locally resolved, then let the legislation provide a consultative process with the Province for accountability, not a unilateral power-play by the Province.
And please, please, please do not politicize urban or rural councils. We do NOT need or want more politicization of public servants. Party politics always, always, always (over time and human nature) descends into a tyranny of party conformity. That is the ubiquitous nature of power and politics.
And lastly, please remember: you are servants of a democratic ideal (the sovereignty of the people), NOT masters in a domination system.
If we want to understand how and why our nations have descended so far into corruption and the escalating collapse of rights and freedoms, we should probably look at R.I.C.E. and ask:
1) Does R.I.C.E. explain the advocacy of destructive, deceptive, divisive, domineering actions and perspectives of peoples and leaders?
2) Am I facilitating the R.I.C.E.-driven decline?
So what is R.I.C.E.? It’s an acronym for the “four core motivations of human behavior.” It memorializes “the essence of motivation and manipulation” used not only by intelligence agencies, but by individuals, groups, organizations, and governments when pursuing both overt and covert agendas.
Go to the bold minute markers in footnotes 1 or 2 below to hear a brief overview of R.I.C.E. Does R.I.C.E. explain the destructive proliferation of isms in our present world? Alberta may already be doing this, but if not, please review the many honourable medical professionals who testified at the National Citizens Inquiry (NCI1) who lost their positions or careers by opposing or questioning the “official” COVID-19 narrative, and then offer them positions in Alberta. The same applies to many others (including Albertans) who did not testify at the inquiry but also lost jobs and careers. Let Alberta stand up and be recognized worldwide for backing honourable, evidence-based science, for preserving freedom of conscience and speech, and for the integrity of doctor / patient relationship. Let Alberta reject the pscience2 that has driven the destructive COVID-19 narrative.
Yes, I recognize that dismissed professionals will need to be licensed or reinstated in Alberta, which raises the issue of the Health Professions Act and its various Colleges,3 many of which were complicit in suppression and censorship of facts and data and of revoking licenses of honourable Alberta professionals, thus knowingly (perhaps malevolently?) contributing to health staffing crises and escalating counts for all-cause mortality.
If such College officials cannot be remediated from “just following narrative orders,” then perhaps Alberta, as creator of their College (corporation), can dissolve it, restructure it, re-staff it, or create a parallel licensing body (Integrative Medicine?) that honours evidence-based science and Hippocratic medicine. The more immediate route might be to encourage those who are still captured by fear, compromise, corruption, or the profusion of COVID lies to resign (or in the alternative, to be fired). This should also apply to all PH officials. If they cannot commit to critical thinking, to courage, and integrity, how can they be trusted in health care?
The NCI testimonies, plus many other doctors, researchers, studies, and organizations worldwide have proven, beyond doubt, that this COVID narrative was, and still is, a global fraud. At some point, narrative believers and advocates will have to face personal complicity and / or criminal liability which increases every day as they continue ignoring data and supporting a deception-ridden narrative in the face of overwhelming evidence of fraud and injury. If the abuse of power by the Colleges and PHOs is allowed to continue it will destroy honourable science and medicine, constitutional freedoms and guarantees, and the hope and promise of Justice. It is time to begin the public exposure, accountability, and prosecution of those who are complicit or who conspired to harm others’ health, businesses, or careers. Let Alberta set example for the world to follow.
In addition, let the Minister of Justice initiate an awareness course for all enforcers of every description from police to sheriffs to health and other inspectors, to courts and judges, et al. to review the power-abuse and submission to authority propensities of human beings as clearly demonstrated in the Milgram4 and Zimbardo5 studies; and more recently, in the enforcement crimes of the last three years. Every enforcer and court official should be reminded continually that their chief duty is to protect and serve the People under Constitutional governance and to protect the People against recurring government overreach and power-abuse which has been a continual historical reality.
In the meantime (while prosecutions and accountability proceed), let Alberta stand as a beacon on a hill inviting those professionals whose courage, integrity, and passion for truth and freedom of conscience and speech cost them their careers because those in positions of power lacked such courage, integrity, and passion.

In December 2020, there was a news article about Canadian reservists being trained to cope with moral injury.1 Here is the first part of my 2020 responding post:
Does it give anyone pause to know that our military reservists are being set-up for “moral injury”?1
And what is moral injury? you ask. From a film-slide in the training module, it says:
"A moral injury is harm caused by 'perpetrating, failing to prevent, witnessing, or learning about actions that violate deeply held moral beliefs and expectation,'"
In other words, it's an (emotional, spiritual, psychological) injury you incur when youdo, see, or learn about an immoral / inhumane / criminal / despicable act which you did not stop or felt you could not avert because of fear, force, or desire to stay in favor with commanders or colleagues. It is to violate your conscience (your sense of right and wrong) and, thereafter, in most instances, it is followed by self-justification, as a survival mechanism.2 [2023 Note:This last sentence was not part of the training manual, but was my observation from the science of human behavior.]
There does not seem to be any instruction in the training on how to avoid “moral injury” by speaking up, by asserting one's conscience, by refusing to sanction violations of one's moral beliefs or expectations, by reporting or whistleblowing. There is only (alleged) sympathy for having been injured.
We may sometimes witness situations that seem 'inhuman' to us.
"This injustice may cause us to feel powerless and hurt."

In that 2020 post, the focus was on moral injury suffered by a witness or perpetrator of harm, injury, or injustice that violated their sense of right and wrong. NOW, after witnessing these past three years, the moral injury training seems to have been but a primer for self-justifying the infliction of moral injury upon others. Remember the lockdowns, the takedowns, the shutdowns? the drive-by weddings, funerals, grads, churches, celebrations? the window kisses, signing, palming, pretended hugs? the snitch phone-lines? the uniformed and non-uniformed threats and tyranny? Can we see the twisted inversion where narrative obedients were trained to focus on their moral injury for having to do their essential, injurious jobs, all without mention of the moral injuries to targets and victims? Thus it was that the “necessary” infliction of moral injury exploded.
One horrific case on point: the National Citizen’s Inquiry expert witness describing the past three plus years in Canada’s military.3Listen and ask: What else can we possibly call this but egregious, unconscionable moral injury inflicted upon all rank-and-file military by chain-of-command narrative lackeys? Every Canadian citizen and resident should listen to this NCI witness and protest non-stop against: 1) this continuing charade of “safe and effective”; 2) the endless deception and gas-lighting by the (so-called) power elites; 3) the treasonous duplicity of divided loyalties.4
When are we (Canadians and USians) going to finally clue in that our greatest danger is not from foreign actors, but from stooges and PWOCs5 within our own power structures, who, by their actions, have deliberately decimated our military, our economy, our freedoms, our constitution, our values, our rule of law? What greater illustration of our government's decline can we observe than that the entire Canadian House of Commons should rise en masse in thunderous applause at the un-vetted urging of a Speaker lauding a “hero” who turned out to be a Nazi war veteran of an SS unit linked to war crimes and ethnic cleansing6— full color exposure of the blind leading the blind down the garden path into full pathocracy7!
Oh, yes, we have gone into a justified paroxysm over this world-observed moral injury to Canada, her MPs and citizens, but too many still remain oblivious to the explosion of moral injuries of the past three years; and unless we wake up and denounce moral injuries, they will escalate to places we could never have imagined a brief three years ago.

"The current circumstances may require us to place their corpse in a body bag and/or vehicle," it said, emphasizing the need to do so in a respectful way.
Another slide warned soldiers that they may suffer what is referred to as a "moral injury."
"A moral injury is harm caused by 'perpetrating, failing to prevent, witnessing, or learning about actions that violate deeply held moral beliefs and expectation,'" it said.
"Because of COVID-19, many people will die earlier than they would have otherwise, and with fewer resources than would normally be available to them. We may sometimes witness situations that seem 'inhuman' to us.
"This injustice may cause us to feel powerless and hurt."
The slide encouraged soldiers to seek support if needed. (Bold Emphasis added.)

IF “pathocracy” means “the type of political system in which psychopaths rule”1 would we recognize it if we saw it? And if we did recognize it, would we do anything about it or would we prefer to affix a label: “conspiracy theory”2 as we continued our stumbling stroll down the serpent-strewn “garden path”3?
Frankly, nigh all of us have been on the garden path for some time; that's why we are in these dire straits of ignorance, distraction, denial, apathy, and misplaced trust; so here are two short upgrades to our awareness base:
#1: The Psychology of Psychopaths - Predators who Walk Among Us
In the concluding paragraph, the Academy of Ideas speaker gives this warning (beginning circa min. 11:44):
While psychopaths have plagued all societies throughout history, the problem of their existence is amplified by contemporary trends toward political centralization. Governments are reaching their tentacles into ever more areas of life, global institutions are attempting to place the entire globe under the same yoke of tyranny, and developments in technology are creating the potential for a form of totalitarian rule that is far more invasive than anything that has come before. As psychopaths crave power, as they are naturally charismatic, skilled liars, and unconstrained by empathy, fear, anxiety, and guilt, it is reasonable to surmise that some psychopaths gravitate towards, or are actively established in, positions of political power. In his book Political Ponerology, the Polish psychiatrist Andrzej Łobaczewski proposed the name pathocracy for the type of political system in which psychopaths rule, and unless more people are aware of the threat of this predatory class, this type of rule may become a full-blown reality.
“I shall accept the denomination of pathocracy for a system of government…wherein a small pathological minority takes control over a society of normal people….if an individual in a position of political power is a psychopath, he or she can create an epidemic of psychopathology in people who are not, essentially, psychopathic…Under such conditions, no area of social life can develop normally, whether in economics, culture, science, technology, administration, etc. Pathocracy progressively paralyzes everything.”

Does this list of professions help explain the last three years and the “epidemic of psychopathology in [other] people who are not, essentially, psychopathic”?
By knowing these things, will we be any better prepared for the next double-barreled assault by people without conscience (aided by their naïve or infected acolytes) managing another “crisis of caring” — a crisis that must not be allowed to go to waste4?
Let us pray (every day, all day) for a great awakening to the reality of our national and global pathocracies.
Considering the unrelenting déjà vus of history and human nature,1 it is our Human Duty to be awake and aware of:
1. the recycling inhumanity and domination drive of the spirit of power2 that possesses the self-anointed elites of this world;
2. the chief tools of their psychopathic-trade in captivating and enslaving souls, through: fear, lies and propaganda,3 rampant corruption,4 and hypocrisy (including presenting evil in the name of “good purpose”);
3. human weakness and hypnotic predisposition to social contagion, mass formation,5 guru worship, and self-deception.
THUS, it is our human duty to watch this 5-part documentary that is now premiering in 6 languages:
There is not a silent soul with access to internet that will be held guiltless as accessories to the many crimes against humanity that have been visibly escalating in the past three years. With the proliferation and profusion of witness, the excuse “I did not know” is equivalent to “I refused to know”; “I didn't speak up” is equal to “I didn't care enough.” And if any soul alleges that all resistance to the “authorities” is based on baseless conspiracy theories,6 and that they will not watch “conspiracy theories,” know this: You have shirked not only your human duty, but a divine duty to pursue truth — to “prove all things; hold fast that which is good.”7
Let us review: In achieving psychotic atrocities, which of these is not an escallating parallel between then and now?
• the role of P3s (Public-Private Partnerships)
• the role of the media in spreading fear and lies
• the role of medics (at all levels)
• the role of “elites” / “intellectuals”
• the propagation of fear of “the other”
• the stripping and violations of human rights
• discrimination, persecution and / or murder of selected targets
• the brutality of “law” enforcement
• the apathy of the masses
• the complicity of the masses
• the excuse: “I was just doing my job!”
• the reason: “It's for the good and safety of all!”
• incremental depravity
