#02: Germane* Questions

For Justice Germain, all Albertans, Canadians, et al.

IF Judge Germain can order persons to present “the other side of the argument”¹ when preaching their beliefs — that is, present a side or narrative² that such persons do not believe (a form of compelled speech?) — could our judge, in fairness, equity, and integrity listen to the other side of the argument of his COVID beliefs? and not judge till he has fairly and thoroughly heard both sides of the COVID argument?

Here is suggestion #02 for Judge Germain (et al.):
