#01: Germane* Questions

For Justice Germain, all Albertans, Canadians, et al.

Pending the publication of a full transcript of Justice Adam Germain's remarks in the Pawlowski sentencing, I rely upon news reports¹ to ask:

1. IF Pawlowski's “contempt of court” has brought the “administration of justice into disrepute” what might we call Germain's ruling vis-à-vis inherent rights and freedoms guaranteed in law (such as speech, religion, assembly, travel, etc.)?

2. IF this report is true:

“If the three men continue to preach to their followers, they must also place the other side of the argument on the record, the judge said”;

THEN does not our adversarial system require that Germain, as an officer of the court, put aside all his biases, presumptions, and (unexamined? unproven) beliefs about the COVID-19 narrative and also get on the record “the other side of the argument”? — especially those counter-arguments allegedly debunked by the powers, the profiteers, and their sycophants? (Hint: there are tens of thousands of medical and other professionals and experts who could inform Justice Germain about problems and deceptions with the approved narrative² that debunk his “wrong side of science” and “common sense” claims.)

How the power-hungry prime a population for the crime of menticide (“killing of the mind”):
   ▪ sow fear (“when an individual is flooded with negative emotions, such as fear or anxiety, he or she is very susceptible to a descent into the delusions of madness”);
   ▪ use propaganda to spread misinformation and to promote confusion;
   ▪ censor the flow of unwanted [counter] information;
   ▪ isolate the victims; disrupt normal social interactions;
   ▪ offer a way out and a return to order in a world that seems to be moving rapidly in the opposite direction [problem, reaction, solution model].

What a perfect, precise description of what the world is experiencing in these very hours. So how do we — those wishing to escape the psychosis — counter the pscience-driven,³ menticide agenda?

▪  firstly, spread information that counters the propaganda as far, and as wide, as possible;
▪ “use humour and ridicule to delegitimize the ruling elite”;
▪  construct “parallel structures”;.
▪ “active and concerted effort by thousands to move the world back in the direction of freedom.”⁴

The more we and others can discern the methodology that pscience is using, the less likely the deluded power-hungry will be able to continue their crimes against God and humanity.

If one wants to understand the depths to which pscience¹ will sink in the pursuit of “knowledge” (plus power, gain, glory, and domination), visit these two wiki sites (plus others listed below²):

Clearly, the history of unethical, medical experimentation did not begin with Nazi Germany, but outraged exposure did, sufficient to birth the Nuremberg Code⁵ and the Nuremberg Principles,⁶ EXCEPT in 2021, we seem to have contracted a profound, catastrophic amnesia. This failure of memory has and will cause more deaths and losses worldwide than any (patented?) virus ever could or will.

Yes, People, we are proving ourselves “cheaper than chimpanzees” – not to mention, more gullible, less protected, less attuned to dangers, and tragically unable to discern or counter the evils that motivate so many of our species. Not only do we allow ourselves to be fear-mongered into massive, experimental vaccination, but we are PAYING for it through the nose⁷ — test after test, vac after vac (as in vacuity?!).

Can we learn nothing from all the documentation of horrific, pscience agendas and experiments? Can we not discern that honorable science is being censored and maligned by pscientists who have sold their souls and are now selling us out?

A Representative History of Pscience

And if one knows the story of Immanuel Velikovsky,² one knows of another case of the pscience that opposed him. Graham Hancock³ also has stories of pscientific oppression as do the folks of the Electric Universe theory.⁴ Over time, there have been hundreds, if not thousands, of such cases of pscience impeding the progress of knowledge and science.

SO, with the prevalence of historical pscience, should we not be asking ourselves what is driving this COVID narrative: science or pscience? Science does not censor. It does no threaten professionals for exposing harms; for having questions or a different point of view; for relying on proven medicines that are suddenly no longer approved to suit power agendas. Science is not afraid of facts. It does not manipulate results to achieve ends. It does not hide unexpected, unwelcome data. It does not demand non-accountability for its mistakes or harms. Science is a profession of integrity and service. It knows it is forever learning and must never shut the door on possibility. Science is not afraid of truth. It does not lie to gain advantage. Science is not in servitude to forces pursuing or protecting power, gain, glory, and domination.

Now you also know what pscience is — the opposite of science.

PSRS: How to Bury Truth

Let's say (as power-gain-glory-seeking conspirators), you get word that documented evidence is forthcoming that will blow open your carefully managed plandemic which could derail your magnificent design, ending in exposure, indictment, and possible long-term incarceration (perhaps even execution). Except, not to worry. Just drag out the tried and true mix-up¹ — a type of G-Bush / D-Rather take-down strategy.² In short:

PROBLEM (for the conspirators): Forthcoming unwelcome revelations of irrefutable, documented truth.

SET-UP: 1) create / fake / forge / amend a document; 2) leak it (with a credible back-story) to a whistle-blower or spokesman under the circa 80 / 20 formula: 80% shocking truth mixed with 20 % error / falsehood. Use unwitting, counter-your-narrative resisters to spread the mix-up. 3) After maximizing capture of resisters and believers in the mix-up,  raise a dismayed hue and cry about the 20% WRONG using a scripted, lapdog MSM to flood the global zone with shocked recriminations.

REACTION: The public and would-be deep investigators go “gun-shy” and permit the 20% falsehood to bury the 80% incriminating, pure truth.

SOLUTION: The criminal narrative and activity endure another day, week, month, or year(s).

I bring this up because so much of the last year and one half of the COVID narrative seems to have proceeded on an inverse 20 / 80 formula: 20 % truth and 80% fabrication, while irrefutable Truths are suppressed, censored, “debunked,” assaulted, and, when necessary, laced with an 80 / 20 mix-up strategy. SO:

PROBLEM (for the befuddled Public): What should we make of COVID exposés like the most recent FULL INTERVIEW: ... DR DAVID MARTIN WITH REINER FUELLMICH?³

REACTION: Let us never allow truth to be buried if ever conjoined with any fraction of error. When a mix-up occurs whether inadvertently or deliberately (as a psy-op) keep pursuing and exposing the Truth portion. Never become “gun-shy” about Truth.

SOLUTION: Truth prevails. Criminal conspirators are exposed and toppled.

NOTE how the “mix-up” strategy is a conjoined twin to the “limited hangout” strategy.

Crimes Against Humanity, Again

Notice of Liability and Vulnerability to:

● “elites” (aka order-followers of secret combinations that have existed throughout the ages of man¹ to pursue and protect power, gain, glory, and domination);

● narrative-bound doctors, police, public health officials, elected officials, “civil” servants, naïve believers, et al.

You may think you have no choice but to cooperate. You may believe that despite the witness of science and history and despite the suppressed, censored voices of thousands of counter-narrative, latter-day, warning witnesses, that this COVID scenario will eventually resolve itself by trusting / obeying the (approved) scientists [who are in realty, pscientists²]. You may imagine you can support a bully culture without consequence, or that you will be able to “paper-clip”³ your way out of liability, but, this time, you will not. The witness of God is against you and no matter what your Utopian⁴ lord has promised, it is a lie. He is as bent on “elite” destruction as on the destruction of “non-elite” masses. Have you forgotten the targets of the French Revolution? Do you imagine that inaction or silence about God-given rights and freedoms will never be called to account?

John Stuart Mill: Let not any one pacify his conscience by the delusion that he can do no harm if he takes no part, and forms no opinion. Death of Science. Tyranny of Pscience.*

(A barrage of hypocrisy.)

With all the censorship and maligning of counter-narrative voices, with the threats and revoking of medical licenses for challenging “authority,” with the daily, script-reading regurgitations by bought-and-paid-for MSM, with the numerous naïve believers and order-followers of the powers, science is being buried under a barrage of hypocrisy. The powers demand that proven COVID preventatives and cures in numerous small studies be banned till long-term, “peer-reviewed” studies can sanction “on-label” use WHILE thousands die and WHILE experimental vaccines with no long-term, peer-reviewed studies and numerous proven harms be enforced on the global human population.

So how do we spot pscientists of the new normal pscience? How do we name them, one by one?

Perhaps this is the first and only test needed: the attitude to questioning, opposing voices.

In any field of human interest, liberty is a necessary condition of scientific advance. This follows because science can proceed only where there is complete freedom to advance hypotheses contrary to prevailing opinion. Pareto, indeed, considers liberty to be an indispensable requirement of scientific method: “It follows that before a theory can be considered true, it is virtually indispensable that there be perfect freedom to impugn it. Any limitation, even indirect and however remote, imposed on anyone choosing to contradict it is enough to cast suspicion upon it.
