RE: NOTICE OF LIABILITY | NOTICE OF NON-CONSENT

To: Public Servants [of Common and Constitutional Law]

WHEREAS there are thousands on thousands of science, medical, mental health, and legal professionals and witnesses* world-wide rejecting the control and fear-based narrative being perpetuated by public servants and PHOs to “justify” anti-social, anti-human mandates;

WHEREAS there are also hundreds of thousands of men and women in this country who know the science, history, and déjà vus of power and of power abuse;

WHEREAS public servants have a duty to be informed and to act lawfully;

WHEREAS no public servant acting as agent for a service corporation [government body] can treat another man or woman as property nor administer another's property without right;

WHEREAS unlawful trespass occurs when people or property are interfered with, without their consent or their contractual obligation, UNLESS there is a verified, adjudicated claim of wrong or harm having been committed against another man, woman, child, or their property.

THEREFORE: Notice of Liability and Demand for Accountability are hereby given to all public servants exercising or sanctioning (by inaction or silence) abusive, unlawful authority.

NOTICE #1: LIABILITY

• by not acknowledging the corrupting factors (e.g. gain & glory) in science, power, and politics;

• by ignoring or denying counter-narrative witnesses* and their prolific, credible data*;

• by knowing (or being negligent by not knowing) that survival rates* and excess-mortality* rates gainsay all Covid-19 mandates and pale in comparison to other health and mental health costs;

• by continuing to mandate closures and lockdowns that are known to exacerbate health and mental heath issues;

• by forbidding Good Samaritan deeds like feeding / clothing the homeless**;

• by perpetuating cruelties of isolation and separation from loved ones and others;

• by using PCR testing*** and case-counts with compromised cycle thresholds and questionable validity to “justify” daily violations of innate / inherent rights and freedoms of millions of man, women, and children;

• by continuing to rely on flawed modelling and testing;

• by closing or otherwise administering without right so-called “non-essential” businesses;

• by confining or fining men and women without a verified claim of trespass [wrong or harm] to another man, woman, child, or property;

• by sanctioning, recommending, or mandating experimental vaccines that are causing harm, and even death, plus unknown future complications;

• by representing to vaccine corporations that service corporations can contract for immunity from harm or injury on behalf of men and women who are not parties to and do not consent to the immunity contracts;

elected officials, PHOs, and their public service employees are accruing personal liability for massive amounts of trespass [wrong and harm] to men, women, children, and their property in this country and world.

That is the reality of personal accountability and liability. Consider: 1) whether this so-called “New Normal” is just the Old Normal of every tyranny that ever was? 2) whether this “New Normal” will birth a New Nuremberg? 3) whether fear can ever justify crimes against humanity? 4) whether there is courage enough to awaken and break compliance or covenant with evil?

NOTICE #2: NON-CONSENT

People of awareness and integrity in this great country do NOT consent: 

▪ to being treated as property of government or of any “fictive person / entity” or of any tyrannical man or woman;

▪ to the administration of or interference with property without right;

▪ to public servants acting as power- or puppet-masters;

▪ to being treated as animals;

▪ to being herded, tested, confined, fined, or e-tagged;

▪ to being tracked, traced, surveilled, or experimented upon;

▪ to mandates that suppress and / or compromise immunity or human sociality, such as masks, social distancing, lockdowns, curfews, etc.;

▪ to perpetuate or live the fiction: “This is to keep you safe and to keep me safe.”

▪ to the cruelties of fear-mongering and forced isolation / separation from loved ones and others;

▪ to the denying or stripping of innate / inherent rights and freedoms such as speech, assembly, travel, conscience, etc.;

▪ to the closing of churches, businesses, schools, cultural events, borders, etc.;

▪ to restrictions on weddings, funerals, singing, gathering, worshipping, socializing, rehearsing, performing, dining, recreation, peaceful protesting, etc.;

▪ to the denial of peaceful access to venues otherwise open to the public for conducting the business of life, health, etc., such as: hospitals, clinics, banks, pharmacies, libraries, malls, grocery stores, gyms, salons, restaurants, culture and sport venues, etc., etc. UNLESS the venue has a verified, adjudicated claim of wrong or harm against the individual seeking access;

▪ to censorship, suppression, silencing, threatening, or labelling of counter-narrative voices as dangerous, fake news, or terrorism;

▪ to forced experimental vaccination and / or gene therapy, or to constructive force through the denial of inherent / innate rights, freedoms, or access to normal life activities;

▪ to mandatory medical passports or their equivalent, including constructive compulsion through the denial of inherent / innate rights, freedoms, or access to normal life activities;

▪ to immunity contracts with vaccine manufacturers;

▪ to any and every trespass of body, property, or business, and to every form of power abuse or bullying;

THUS, We, the People of Non-Consent, require that public servants, their employees, enforcers, and spokespeople stand down immediately from: 1) the abuse of power; 2) the violation of innate rights and freedoms; 3) the perpetuation of fear-mongering and cruelty; 4) misrepresentations of corporate immunity; and 5) complicity with control agendas.

PS: Yes PETA, for the most part of history, mankind has miserably failed in stewardship of the animal kingdom, thus there is definitely great need for PETA, but at times, you seem to push the boundaries of bullying and extremism. Many animals die of natural or accidental causes and would you deny use of their remains? (Compare voluntary human organ donation.) Ice cream and milk does not need to deny little calves. Cows can contently give milk long after a calf is weaned, if there is someone committed to milking twice a day. Bonding with and carrying for animals is one of the emotional highs of human and animal existence, so how can you judge the enjoyment, satisfaction, or sense of accomplishment an animal might feel in putting in a good day's work? (Compare a human day of aimless waste with a day of satisfying work.) (; Anthropomorphic!;) Yes, these animal creatures are owned by God, not us, but often under the stewardship of humans. And yes, it would be far better to say: This dog (or pig or chicken or cow or horse, or parrot, or gerbil, etc., etc.) is in my stewardship" than to say "I own," Perhaps that is the language we need to be affirming,  just like we need to be affirming that public servants are not public masters. And we need to quit denying the reality of hierarchy. Life and nature is all built on hierarchy.³ We just invert or misinterpret it, like ownership and stewardship, like servant and master. And yes, big agri-business is frequently a great offender as are some others, but extremism is not the answer. Awareness and education is one place to start along with language such as:

Headlines from Hell

If one doesn't believe that pscience^*1 has corrupted and taken control of the world, here are 18 headlines (of hundreds possible) that witness of the corruption of science and the mockery of mankind. History, common sense, real medical science, and human sociality have all been swept away in an MSM-sustained tsunami of psychopathic fabrications and pscientism. The shocks and cruelty we are being psy-oped into sanctioning are beyond non-psycho imagining. Stanley Milgram^*2 would be stunned that his 1961 authority submission rate of 65% was so off the mark for the 21st Century of massive obedience under cover of massive fraud and a never-ending fear and control campaign.

When we finally get to Nuremberg, those who are:

will not stand innocent. By their belief and obedience, by their active side-lining of innate rights, by their false witness in support of the powers, they will share in the murderous culpability. It will be a tragic time of accountability and awakening too late to save thousands that might have been saved if they had paid the merest attention to the science and history of power and its perennial pursuit and abuse. Truly, we are in a déjà vu of massive power abuse as recent as the 1930s-40s! And once again it comes down to whom we willfully choose to believe and support:

Data has become as corrupted and manipulated as the pscience. Alleged cases tell nothing of death risk. Tests are notoriously in error. Death is a part of life and this psy-oped COVID 19-84 is the perfect “caring” cover for power abuse.

Bully Culture?

(Includes TIPS for dealing with bully enforcers)

Perhaps 2020 will be remembered forever as the in-your-face unveiling of the Bully Culture. When have we ever read so many headlines or seen so many videos:

● of excessive force by “security” and police¹ against mothers, seniors, bloggers, beach-strollers, bench-sitters, coffee clients, park-playing moms 'n dads, BQ bravehearts, investigative reporters, and on and on? [Be aware, however, of what appears to be some acts of excessive force staged and posted online to support defunding and hate-the-police agendas.]  
● of crowds of intimidating enforcers flocking a family's doorway in nigh-riot gear, then careening up stairways with guns drawn to burst in upon terrified (dangerous?) children?
● of (deceived? terrified?) believers demanding that more distancing, isolation, quarantine, stay-at-home, masking, lockout, lockdown, border closures, etc., etc. be imposed upon others?
● of airline thuggery and of check-stops checking for cohort and good Samaritan² infractions?
● of threats for mandatory vaccinations and deeper controls if non-flocking “rams” don't religiously sheepify to the new normal? the new god? to pscience?³
● of politicians encouraging rat-line reporting?
● and on and on.

So what can we do to prepare for all the bullies and budding bullies of this allegedly new normal culture? What if an enforcer⁴ comes to your door or check-stops you for some COVID infraction and begins to act like a bully.

The following TIPS may work sometimes, and other times not, depending on the power-complex of the confronting enforcer(s). The suggestion is to engage enforcers in calm, civil inquiry while handing them a Notice of Liability. You can even use the expression: “This is to keep you safe and to keep me safe.” or “This is to help you honor your oath to uphold rights and freedoms and to avoid trespass.”

Considering the rapid escalation of bullying, it may help to have a large “No Trespassing” sign already posted on your home or business doorway along with the above PDF “Notice of Liability” for advance reading by enforcers, Printout several copies of the PDF using one 8 1/2” x 11” printout with the NT sign. Other PDF copies (printed front and back and cut-in-half) can be used to hand-out to each enforcer who shows up. Remember to insert the date and adjust trespass fines, if desired. TIPS when encountering enforcers:

▪ Record the entire encounter (visual and audio) if you can, advising of such.
▪ Have several informed, but silent, non-interfering witnesses present, if possible.
▪ Be civil and express understanding (if appropriate) of the dilemma that many enforcers face when forced to choose between honoring their conscience and service oath and retaining their jobs.
▪ Know your stuff [PDF: Common Law | Essential Facts | 1.2.3.(4.) requirements] well enough to repeat, repeat, question, question, assert, assert as needed.
▪ Request to see, retain, copy, or photo all documents, warrants, ID cards, badges, etc.
▪ Observe if documents or warrants are signed and ask: “Whose signature?” if unknown.
▪ Do not be intimidated. (As Christopher James says: “You are stronger than you think.”)
▪ Do NOT consent to the trespass of your property.
▪ Do not resist forced arrest or forced trespass, but repeatedly proclaim your non-consent.
▪ Ask, if you can: “What is your right or authority to treat me as property?”
▪ If you are forced to sign something, end it with SUD (or Signed Under Duress) and insist on obtaining a full copy immediately (photo if necessary).
▪ If a ticket is written up and offered, say: “I accept this ONLY as evidence that a trespass is occurring. I do NOT accept this as a contract of obligation or payment.”
▪ Document and record every detail of the encounter as soon as possible.

DISCLAIMER:
We must individually decide what we will do with bullies. They can be deaf and unpredictable having varying degrees of power-complex. There is no guarantee that this approach will de-escalate a confrontation; it may, in some instances, escalate it, but at least it may give options for a common law remedy to pursue if trespass occurs. Each must decide what is best in their circumstances.

When FICO becomes SICO

If you haven't yet heard, our “financial” credit score (FICO) is about to merge with our online social and browsing history. We will be ranked  according to whether we are a Socially Indexed Credit Obedient (SICO⁺) OR a Socially Indexed Credit Offender (SICO^–) — SICO positive | SICO negative.¹ So says the International Monetary Fund (in more or less different words):

We will be indexed (like a book) and put into an online (sometimes public) catalogue to increase order, stability, and pressure points.

And as soon as it can be finalized, our crypto-online wallet (COW) will be SICO-linked. This also creates order, stability, and pressure points — another perfect World Order (WO) strategy.

Utopians* at the (Open) Gates

Does the world know who the first Utopian was? Old Testament  Isaiah describes him thus:

How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.¹

And so that first Utopian has had to work through proxies —  through humans and their systems, millennia on millennia, war on war. His enduring motto has always been “If, at first, I don't succeed, I try, try again.” Try what? Try great destruction,² followed by “his” perfect Utopia designed to (allegedly) save mankind from a flawed, poorly designed “plan of happiness.”³ Such has been the universal, repetitive pursuit of rigid⁴ Utopians throughout history. Destroy all that is perceived to be “evil” in the system, then build back better. Thus far, the dream has never succeeded, but still the motto endures – each time under a new banner, fronted by a new face.

But what is the flaw — the evil — that that first rigid Utopian and his subsequent proxies rail against? Evil is, above all, the CHAOS of man's agency.⁵ Good (for the rigid Utopian) is order — world order. It is conformity, uniformity, precision, efficiency, obedience, equitable levelling (for all except insiders). It is CONTROL. But the universal thing rigid Utopians always conceal is the coercion required to achieve and sustain Utopias; thus RUs always banner their schemes with inverse slogans like “liberty, equality, fraternity”; “resilience, sustainability, fairness” or the like.

Fine sounding words, if one does not inspect their incompatibility or recognize that they do not apply in practice to the common man. And even RUs of the inner circle are deceived for that first Utopian is without conscience — an inveterate liar. He intends to share nothing; there is no heirship in his “kingdom” — no sons or daughters — only automatons. There is not enough power, gain, and glory for any, but one, and he is that one. All others and things are useful until they are not, and thereafter expendable. And because most Utopian dreamers and proxies are also notoriously blind, deaf, self-deceiving, self-justifying, and without conscience or self-awareness, their alleged “better” never unfolds as they imagine or propagandize. It is a mass of presentable platitudes masking an agenda of tyranny, pride, egoism, elitism, and dreadful dystopia.

If one takes the time to compare the latest, proposed Great Upset / Reset with the horrific, attempted Upset / Reset from 1789-1790s France, one can see the very same schema, but with a 2020 technocratic / medicratic mega-boost. Assuredly, this is no new thing. It is as old as the first Utopian — as potentially, exponentially more horrific than 1790s France; than 1940s Germany. Are we so blind we cannot see the déjà vu already being written in new blood?

Compare these reflections on the French Revolution (published in 1921) with today's Reset Revolution:

The revolution through which we are now passing is not local but universal, it is not political but social, and its causes must be sought not in popular discontent, but in a deep-laid conspiracy that uses the people to their own undoing.⁶

The adepts [of the French Revolution] known as the "Insinuating Brothers" were enjoined to assume the ro1e of "observers" and "reporters"; "every person shall be made a spy on another and on all around him"; "friends, relations, enemies, those who are indifferent — all without exception shall be the object of his inquiries; he shall attempt to discover their strong side and their weak, their passions, their prejudices, their connections, above all, their actions — in a word, the most detailed information about them."⁷

Moreover, every effort was to be made to create discord not only between princes and their subjects but between ministers and their secretaries, and even between parents and children, ...⁸

... they meant to abolish the laws which protected property accumulated by long-continued and successful industry; and to prevent for the future any such accumulation. They intended [pretended?] to establish universal liberty and equality, the imprescriptible rights of man . . . and as necessary preparations for all this they intended to root out all religion and ordinary morality, and even to break the bonds of domestic life, by destroying the veneration for marriage vows, and by taking the education of children out of the hands of the parents."⁹

[Examine the quotes and extensive word clips at footnote¹⁰ that reveal with stunning clarity how the 2020+ Reset is but a recycled plan from a prior [plagiarized?¹¹] plan of the 18th Century.

That the majority of humans cannot yet see the repeating dystopian horror being rolled out under cover of a manufactured, variant-primed pandemic is stunning. Every last soul of us will be required to stand before the pleading bar of the “New Nuremberg”¹² when Justice and Judgment take the bench. The question: What did we each do to expose — to resist — the lies, the liars, the murders, the tyranny?

Yes, a great Upset / Reset IS coming (in truth, is desperately needed), but not per the Utopian dreams of WEF / Schwab; not in the destruction of agency, community, spontaneity, creativity, courage, virtue, joy, justice, wisdom, and all that is soulful; not in this present set-up of defacing, demoralizing, dehumanizing, devaluing, debasing, depopulating, and defragging (re-ordering) God-created DNA; not in the coercion and fear-mongering of a man-made dystopia of “enhanced” transhumans.

No, the real Great Upset / Reset will be one of destroying the destroyers of creation (one reaps what one sows!); and for the survivors, it will be an Upset of unimaginable grief at our willful blindness — our complicity. It will be an Upset of rebuke, repentance, recompense¹³ and returning. But it will also be a Reset (for the willing) of rescue, redemption, and restoration of all things to their proper and perfect frame.¹⁴

But why are we so amnesic about the recycling power and pride obsessions of rigid Utopians? Because we don't know our history? don't recognize repeating patterns? don't acknowledge that an annihilation philosophy could pass down through the centuries?¹⁵ can't believe we could be taken in time after time?

In our sophisticated 21st Century, we have not yet resorted to wholesale burning of books, libraries, schools, businesses, cultural & art centres, museums, community spirit, and so forth, but what is the need to burn when we can censor, stunt, ban, cover-up, shutdown, and lockdown with a pretense of digital equivalence and continuity.

"The great experiment of 1789 to 1794 has proved a failure, the principles on which it was founded have been weighed in the balance and found wanting, the goals it set before us have turned out to be mirages towards which we have marched too long with bleeding feet, the methods it employed were atrocious and must never be repeated, the men who led it were the enemies of the people and such as they shall never deceive us again. What will we say at the new “Nuremberg”? for as sure as there is a God of Justice and Judgment, there will be an accounting for our actions in 2020 and for however long God allows this despotism to continue.

Moral Injury?

(Breaking the moral link?)

Does it give anyone pause to know that our military reservists are being set-up for “moral injury”?¹

And what is moral injury? you ask. From a film-slide in the training module, it says:

"A moral injury is harm caused by 'perpetrating, failing to prevent, witnessing, or learning about actions that violate deeply held moral beliefs and expectation,'"

In other words, it's an (emotional, spiritual, psychological) injury you incur when you do, see, or learn about an immoral / inhumane / criminal / despicable act which you did not stop or felt you could not avert because of fear, force, or desire to stay in favor with commanders or colleagues. It is to violate your conscience (your sense of right and wrong) and, thereafter, in most instances, it is followed by self-justification, as a survival mechanism.²

There does not seem to be any instruction in the training on how to avoid “moral injury” by speaking up, by asserting one's conscience, by refusing to sanction violations of one's moral beliefs or expectations, by reporting or whistleblowing. There is only (alleged) sympathy for having been injured.

We may sometimes witness situations that seem 'inhuman' to us.

If Truth is the first casualty of war, then moral injury must be a double-riding second – like Death and Hell upon a pale horse.³ For years, Truth has been a dead concept for the powers (and their MSM) and now with COVID, moral injury is increasingly mandated, everywhere, as intended by those powers.

For those who have not noticed, COVID is, first and foremost, a war against human values, traditions, and God-given rights and freedoms. Every one of our once cherished freedoms has fallen before the psy-oping, fear-pumping powers as people curl inward into a Hell of fear, distrust, accusation, and faith in twisted / twisting “facts and stats.” In-person acts of sharing, comradery, compassion, embracing, touching are verboten for they allegedly transmit potential death. Suspicion of everyone (except for blind trust in the “labcoats” and the vaxxines) is the powers' agenda. Everyone must be seen as potential contagion.

And so, like the Stanley Milgram Experimental subjects,⁴ we knee-jerk the shock-lever, apparently oblivious to our own nodal connections.

To acquiesce to – to facilitate the roll-out of – the COVID narrative is the great moral injury. We are being defaced, demoralized, dehumanized, depopulated – the very agenda of The Great (Déjà Vu) Reset.

God (and courageous freedom fighters) help us all.

A slide titled "Palliative Care" says, "Caring for the body of the deceased is something that we may experience during Op LASER. It is an occasion to pay our last respects to the person.
"The current circumstances may require us to place their corpse in a body bag and/or vehicle," it said, emphasizing the need to do so in a respectful way.
Another slide warned soldiers that they may suffer what is referred to as a "moral injury."
"A moral injury is harm caused by 'perpetrating, failing to prevent, witnessing, or learning about actions that violate deeply held moral beliefs and expectation,'" it said.
"Because of COVID-19, many people will die earlier than they would have otherwise, and with fewer resources than would normally be available to them. We may sometimes witness situations that seem 'inhuman' to us. 
"This injustice may cause us to feel powerless and hurt."
